Thank you for your support and love
Difficult work, but very effective. The hardness test of the cleaver blade was excellent, which means that the hardening and tempering process was correct. Congratulations and best regards 😀.
Thank you for the likes 😀.
Loving the steel toecap flip flops 😂😂😂😂
Awesome work! The best part is that no two are the same copied but never duplicated! NICE. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍/10 boys
Basically your video is stable but my videos is unstable.. can anyone guide me...
These look good. Leaf spring 5160 and 6150 is good steel and tough. Wish i had one of these
Beautiful knife..you guys are so talented
They are working too hard. I know the effort
Parabéns pelo trabalho muito lindo
So sad to see my brothers working so hard and getting zero joy about their craftsmanship!
Looks like a crappy job in a lousy workplace.
I am an electrician in America. I make good money doing what I do.
I get zero joy about my trade as well.
Your company makes the best Cleavers, beautiful work. Could I please buy 2 of them. Thank You.
OSHA would love this…zero protective gear, great craftsmanship👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Holy moly, that is a whole lot of made in India cleavers! Very nice!👍
That's pakistan not india
In pakistan
Very good job
Highly professional
It is handicraft
This shows our talent
May Allah tabariktala will keep all of them in afiyat Ameen
Correct me if i am wrong but i think its a mild steel they are using to make chopper
I am maybe missing something but would it not make sense to roll that plate a little thinner, stamp the shape then grind etc etc.... the heating and power hammer cycles seem to be a bit of a waste of time and energy..
There's a lot of wasted time and energy here... A small investment in a few more tools/tooling and some time spent on refining their process would go a long way. They don't need CNC and fully automated machines like 1st world countries, but small changes and a bit of money would reap big benefits for them.
@@WHJeffB exactly.....well said.
gotta love those safety flip-flops
Ragazzi , complimenti siete tutti molto bravi .
Great craftmanship.A nation depends on them.
Good job,very hard work
Question, is it illegal to clean up your factory or work area in that country because I’ve yet to see one video with a partially clean area yet alone any safety measures or even boots. But great work.
So this is the ' stuff ' you worry about ? Please stay in your ' safe zone ' ! Let those MEN work ! This is why we don't make anything in the U.S. anymore .
Very good job! How much it’s cost per knife? Where any selling in USA? I really want one or two.
No
Very elaborate manual process, great work
Very god work!!!🤠👍
Beautiful to Watch...
Forged in 🔥!!!
Hey you!!! Believe told u in older videos but again .... when I see these guys realize never worked in my life.
Great 👍👍👍👍👍👍
If I was there I'd buy one. They look so nice.
And always on the ground. I wonder how they get up at the end of the day
Yeah, you'd think they'd never seen or used work benches in manufacturing in this part of the world.
Wow so eficient👍
Love the steel toe flip flops
Great product, hard work, dangerous.
I think I might have seen an OSHA violation, lol. These guys work in potentially dangerous situations all day long.
@@mscir power to them. My toes retreated in the first 60 seconds. Can you imagine the corner of one of those steel leaf springs falling on the little toe?!?!
It must be hard work making these and I am sure it is hot in there to but the finished product is nice unlike here in America where stuff is made so fast by automated machines. I would love owning something like this knowing how hard it was to make them would make it a very special thing to have.
Starting process of flattening the spring leaf is excellent but other process is not professional but okay
Loverly job guys ,loved it
Woow..
Amazing..
No safety..
Very nice craftsmanship 👍
First class quality knife 🔪🗡️🔪🗡️.
Good 👍
A moment of silence for all the toes lost here.
That power hammer operator was wearing the brand new invisilense safety glasses. So clear as to be like they're not even there
Flying chips and sparks in Pakistan are very tame and timid and harmless.
super perfekt.
Great work
Good video.
I was in the Philippines from 85-88 I have three knives made from leaf springs so durable it ain't funny and razor sharp.
The final product seems quite strong and useful, even if not very refined in appearance, but using good materials. I would certainly buy one if I could (in Australia). I read the comments about lack of safety in the manufacture of these cleavers, and they appear true and they come from viewers that are genuinely concerned with the welfare of the hard working operators. Safety glasses, shoes, gloves would be a minimum. Some part of the money earned by this interesting video could be allocated to work safety by the owner of the manufacturing plant. I am sure the increased efficiency of the workers will more than repay him.
Sir look up in details the guy who made the video this is Pakistan perhaps Gujranwala a big industrial city in Punjab. If you write to him you will find out the manufacturers then you could send for it will cost perhaps $15/- mailing it another 5/- and you will enjoy using it I bet. Be well
Those people get hurt, they are replaced. They are considered expendable.

Could you imagine trying to stand at the end of the day, knees say no!
Is this still available
Hauling heavy, red hot metal around in sandals...no problem with that!
Something about large spinning wheels and loose clothing that makes me nervous. Nice finished cleaver though.
Amazing.....
Where can I buy one, coming to Pakistan later this year
Oder kar sakte hai. Kya
Link to buy these?
👍👍👌👌💯
Name of this machine?
Can someone tell what liquid or water use he at 9:15
We don’t know hot, hard work.
Which location is this ?
Don't send the Health and Safety Officer in there. He'll have a coronary.
they wearing gloves, but they all wearing sandals. how any of them got any toes left is a miracle
RECYCLED LEAF SPRING... not rusted.
Where from you from
Haw to purchase.
Problem is tne springs were originally made from old ships not high quality knife steel.
Watching....
Why they don't use working table???
Making a cleaver seems to be easier than making money it is sad to see him working in such a high temperature for money for his living .
Always great video brother from the imperial county California 👍👍🇺🇲
Thanks for watching
I guess steel toe sandals not an option?
I need one! How Much? $
Love the saftey toe boots!😆😆
What grinding wheel guard😂? Never seen one explode before😂😂😂!!!!

In the west, the product price would increase 10x……just to pay for the OH&S……
👏👏👏👏👏
How much??
I want a froging machine in machine
Ye video kha ka hai
Any one said where the place and price
I want to buy
These sell for $1.50 and there’s still a profit.
They sell for around 10 USD
Is it a Pakistani workshop?
I have a workbench why sit on the floor it makes no sense
This blade costs $7.75 US on their website.
I do wish you guys would wear leather gloves and dust masks!
Hammering cold steel ...Way to damage it.
This workshop is a hell 😢
Safety last
I am sure this is Pakistan, not India
