I am from Vietnam,a country where English is considered second language.I first played this game when I was about 7 or 8 years old.I was fascinated by the gameplay,graphics and music.The first campaign I played at that time was The Scourge of Lordaeron.Despite being not so good at English,I still understand the main details of the plot.I though Arthas was a hero who was on the way to kill Mal'Ganis,the villain who killed his villagers.When he did,I thought it was the end but no.After claiming Frostmourne,Arthas went back home and kill his father.I was extremely shocked.I am kind of confused why Arthas would do that and then fell to the dark side.Years later,as I grew up and strengthen my English skills,I understood why.Arthas was controlled by the dark sword which forced him to murder king Terenas.Since then,I still enjoyed the game and many parts of WoW

The first time I heard Terenas speak, I didn't know that Tony Jay was voicing him, mainly due to Terenas not having as deep a voice as other characters Jay has voiced.
The prophet at the beginning is really behaving like a fool. First he introduces himself by telling the KIng that his people are already prisoners. What does that even mean? Sounds like he's suggesting the King is oppressing his subjects. If you want to make a monarch, or anyone, listen to you, you should NOT begin the conversation by talking shit about them. When the prophet's asked about his identity, he doesn't answer. Basically, he doesn't bother to establish his credibility at all. He's like, "Look, I can turn into a bird, so I obviously know stuff." Seriously, except his metamophorsis he gave the King no reason to trust him. His vague predictions are totally generic. He sounds like a run-of-the-mill apocalyptic prophet. Also, sailing west seems quite a random thing to do if you want to avoid a disaster. King Terenas who had no knowledge of the Burning Legion was 100% justified in thinking he's speaking to a loon. If the prophet at least appeared to the King in a dream and showed him the likely cataclysmic future like he did to Thrall, things might have been different. Isn't it absurd he made orcs do what he said right away, but could get some of his own people to see sense only after there were fucking zombies roaming the streets? FYI, I loved Warcraft 3 as a child and I still appreciate it as a whole. But it is evident to me now that the writers made Medivh unaccountably unconvincing here because they needed the Scourge of Lordaeron to take place.
I wonder who wrote the warning on Frostmourne? The Lich King put that sword there for the express purpose of being used to free himself, and it'd only been sitting there for about 10 years

Around 1 campaign per day iirc. The more custom stuff you add the more it takes. The video rendering took a lot because it was done on an old computer (e.g. War2 had to be rendered 3 times because the voice/music volume wasn't right... and it still has problems in some places). War3 was easier because it's already well presented in-game (the main problem is getting the shots right), so you can do 1 campaign per day easily. War1 and War2 were more annoying because of the additional editing required (i.e. fitting the mission briefings, cinematics and gameplay with the music because I wanted to include the full soundtracks) and also had random visual bugs that would screw with recording.
I noticed some guys pointing out you used cheat codes. Well of course or it would take additional days. Beside making the videos longer then necessarily.

Been over a year since post was made. But just to clarify. Arthas was certainly not perfect, there was certainly darkness and anger in him, but there was lot of good in him. When Arthas claimed Frostmourne it surpressed the good within him and left him with his evil side that served Ner'zhul's will.
Does anyone know who's responsible for writing the story for war 3 and TFT? Is it the same people who wrote WoW? The War3 stories are much engaging in my opinion. I'm lost with WoW story... Too many characters, too many worlds, too many races, sooooo many names... Go back to the basics please!!

I think it's just some normal death knight armour he wears after his conversion. He appears to only use the Lich King's helm at the end.
