Fnatic has recently won the lock-in tournament, but there was a trend. Most players were using a specific precision crosshair to aid them in victory. This 30-second short will show what they used and how it helped them!

Some people's crosshairs (Like my old one) Had such a big gap that from medium to long range, made it inaccurate when aiming for the head as it just sometimes doesn't hit them. It's obviously not intentional but some people do like the conventional gap crosshair which, unlike csgo, can give people a disadvantage in long-range gunfights.

To be precise means that it takes a lot longer to lock on to their head. I used to have a black dot and i could almost never flick right on to their heads
precision and accuracy is different. u can search it up and see for urself
@@okok-123 precision is to be able to hit the head, accuracy is just hitting the target. I know what I’m talking about. The dot increases precision but lowers accuracy. The bigger the crosshairs, the higher the accuracy but lower precision

How to use those crosshairs?

every crosshair have purposes and ofc pros and cons too.Smaller crosshairs focus on precision bigger crosshairs can track by eyes easier so you can do wider flicks with more accuracy hit close enemies easier and control spray better.Imo best aimers use plus or dot crosshair(1422 / 1 center dot and 1 outline) but there is also some "machines" use bigger crosshairs.It's just a personal preference but smaller crosshairs better for valorant imo.
For any who actually know the two first center dot settings please comment cause this guys is useless

Guys, things like the crosshair NEVER help with aim.
It either hinders or doesn’t hinder.
You can use whatever crosshair you want, as long as it isn’t bad.
What you shouldn’t do is having a crosshair that moves a lot, doesn’t show where exactly you aim, or takes half the screen

There's one more things which is even important than crosshair and it's finding your sensitivity. If you don't have the sensi that you feel comfortable with then you wont be able to be consistent with your aim. Some ppl even copy pro's sensi but personally when I did that then it was okay for some days but then I realised that it's hard for me to control the gun precisely and mostly while strafing the shots gets preety in accurate. Simply coz you can move around with any sens but can't aim with any sens and it also makes you feel more confident as well. I was gold 2 and after i found my perfect sens in training ground then I just hit diamond in like a week. Tbh you can dominate with any decent crosshair unless you have your perfect sensi. as per ranked. After i reached diamond i got one thing that my aim got way better as a daily 1-2 hr player and i can take on an immortal and radiants as well but it's just about game sense, being unpredictable and predicting enemy's move after that.

Ok I got Val on console and I would say I’m a pretty good gamer that likes 5v5 6v6 games and I was wondering why a lot of my headshots just aren’t counting at all, ik to aim for the head I played a lot of r6 before it’s recent beat down so I understand 1 shot headshots very well, this game is just really giving me a challenge with headshots, counter strafing, and and crosshair resets.
Whenever my teammates trash talk me for my crosshair I change to my "if you don't see enemy you can shoot" one, just to hear their reactions
I remember one time I was looking at someone just the head was popping out shot and hits the legs I was like what and died

There's no "best" crosshair. Use whichever you feel comfortable. After you play valorant for enough period of time, your crosshair won't matter much (unless you decide to troll with those massive ones)
Crosshair is a personal preference ..... dot crosshair is not my thing ..... I'm more precise with ➕ crosshairs
Well, the boy didn't explain anything, but here I give you the reason why: They use a sight that can be seen comfortably at close range, and at a distance they can aim correctly at the rival's head. Crosshair tend to be small for that same reason.

I use a small white dot with a black outline because the crosshair makes it easily viable in every color. In dark areas the white center will be shown. In bright colors, the black outline makes the white center visible. I like the crosshair small because I can see if I’m aiming for the head and feels more precise.
I have another one that is only white but it’s a small cross that is smaller than the white dot and a bit more precise. It’s also less clutter

It's good for those who wanna get one taps with vandals as it give a preety good look around the enemy and it's easier to locate head. But if you prefer phantom then use the 4 liner crosshair for better spray as it helps to locate the bullet tracers easier and you can see where your bullets are going throughout the spray. And then there's a superior plus crosshair which is a mixture of both and is decent for both purpose. As being a Jett main, i smh find it uneasy while using knives with dot crosshair so I personally use the + crosshair.
