completely agree with the very end of the vid, ive been switching between different senses within 2.2-3.2 and honestly there is very little variation in consistency and its not like when i change it i just never hit shots again lol.
i felt sth was wrong with the aim. thank so much for the tip to turn raw buffer off until a certain threshold. now my aim still sucks but at least it feels nice
I read a bit about mouse acceleration in windows settings, some people on reddit say that it doesn't matter because of the raw input buffer that directly receives input to game, so I'm curious to know if that's true, has anyone noticed the difference with and without mouse acceleration?
I still find it quite hard even with playing around with the sense to get it to almost as close as possible i tend to under/over flick no matter what I do and then again its also hard because my DPI changes, Standard desktop I run at 1200 just slightly faster for work stuff then going to game tends to throw me I guess I really need to get comfortable with one for all round in and out of game
Bro i am confused , whenever i try to move mouse quickly (180%) to look behind it only moves 45% ~ and kep moving in that 30-45% spot untill i stop moving my mouse , whats the issue ? 400 dpi and 0.35 sensi , it only happens in games , outside of games i can freely move mouse
Maybe try upping your sens? If you have the mouse that has a little button on the middle that might be the issue. Because with that little button under the scroll thingy you can change how fast your mouse moves. 1 click=slow 2 clicks=medium 3 clicks=fast If you don't have that button then I'd recommend going in the range, up your sens by atleast 0.3-4 or whatever you want and keep practicing until you're comfortable with that sens. That way you can comfortably hit headshots and do a °180
I've been using mouse acceleration, and have been a hardstuck bronze for a long time. Tysm. Also, I have a random office mouse that I am using, so what would be the rate of office mice usually. I have no idea what the name of my mouse is
Also, mousepad is a big one. If I play on a lower sens, I can't even do a 180 because of how small my mousepad is. Should I just get used to fast sens or still try lower?
Look up ‘fire watch wallpaper’ and you should b able to find something similar. If you want it to be animated like mine you have to buy wallpaper engine
Also, I play at 1.2 sens, and my mouse moves about the same as Cypher irl for about the same distance. Anyone know why that's the case. Feels like my sens has to be higher to match other people with lower sens. My roommate who plays on .4 played on my computer, and it felt the same to him.
I wanna ask what if i overflick even at low sens? Like 0.2 800 dpi. Yes i still overflick. I only underflick when ppl are like too far to flick because of my small mousepad
@@EnvyAB it's ok i already upgrade to bigger mousepad. Rn on 85 cm. Rn i just keep training with pokeball because i think that is the only way i can fix my overflick compare to just lower it more
What should I do if I sometimes over flick and sometimes under flick? I also just have my mouse dpi low in general. So doing 180’s without having to pick up my mouse is difficult without me having to use a vastly different dpi than normal. I want to get better at this game and I want to get better aim but I don’t know how to get better.
i feel like you will never find a perfect sensitivity in this game, its all about play styles, map, team comp, positioning. these things change with each map. i think its definitely possible to find a really good baseline sens, but i always see my self changing it depending on the game im playing at that moment. breeze and lotus i may drop it a bit where as something like ascent i may turn it up a bit but i do have my baseline of like 0.1 @ 1600

The mouse acceleration helped a lot man
Valorant uses raw input so dsnt matter
@Animeworld-pv7ix if it's off
Thanks for this vid man! Never new this
thanks bro i will try it! have such a hard issue to find a good sens
Much love bro i think 0.3 is perfect for me i went from diamond 2 to immo 2 just from the sens

It's true, if raw input buffer is set on, windows settings do not matter
I'm completely new to valorant and this video helped me a lot.
Thanks man😊❤.
Haven't played in over a year this definitely helped ty

What if I don’t have the aim to actually hit them
Thank u bro for the mouse acceleration : )
very sheltered bro, you will help me a lot, I found my sensi just right, thank you again!
Bro in my mouse software it has DPI settings and sensitivity settings and I'm so confused why there's 2 different ones, I just want exactly 1600 DPI.
so i have the logitech pro x superlight, should i turn off raw input buffer
Tysm my aim is so much better now
I have not seen anywhere about turning raw input buffer off, can anyone truly assure whether it's good or bad to turn it off?
He’s right the HZ rule he said is accurate
My mouse has a rate of 1000 so should I turn it off right?
@@Madara-km1nf yes I tried and it's true.

mouse acceleration doesnt matter in valorant, cuz it uses raw input

Get a bigger mousepad.
haha i second the other guy get a bigger mousepad
yeah man thats what I did just got a bigger mouse pad
what if the sens that works for me is the one where i can't 180 at all LOL
for me training on higher sens works because in game my sens feels smoother and more precise so 0.3 1600 dpi feels normal and not fast
My friend gave me a similar advice to ramp up the mouse dpi but to lower down Valorant sensitivity. And it worked indeed
Thanks
hey...how to adjust dpi of my mouse...i don't have any idea about that..anyone please help ?

just turn raw input buffer back on and go back to ur old settings lmao
i got 0,41 sens on 1600 dpi thats feels good for me the most players say that my sens is way to high is that true ?

no word about dpi?

i play overwatch and found your video, how can i use your method in overwatch to find my sensitivity?
theres prolly a custom game close to the valorant range so find a custom game like it and do what he says

Turning off mouse acceleration makes no difference. Valorant only uses raw input so it effectively turns it off automatically.
