My former co-worker just happened to go out there on Monday to see what was going on as we had previously visited there and we were not allowed to view. Lo and behold while at work she called me frantically saying they started viewing & application process. I left work 2 pm & went straight down there. Submitted my Pre-Approval letter & application form. On Tuesday I submitted the bank statements. Fingers crossed I will be selected for one of those units. Didn't appreciate the process though as like myself and many others we subscribed to their newsletter & heard nothing thereafter. I must thank the Delpratt family for their hard work none the less. Keep it up guys.
People lining up early to invest in new real estate in Jamaica, is a good sign and a testament of how beautiful our island country is and how patriotic most of us are.However, based on your observations, maybe favoritism, cronyism and nepotism still prevail. Anyway, good job guys!👍🏾🇯🇲

I love most of what I have seen but in Jamaica there is TOO MUCH corruption and politics in attaining home ownership..I am MORE THAN QUALIFIED and is a government worker who has applied 5 times and is YET to be short listed..I realize is fren ting run Jamaica and NHT is no different..but no one wants to talk about that..
So disappointed with this process by the builders. I subscribed to Kemtek's newsletter but didn't receive any update at all. Didn't know that they had started viewing and selling. Everything in Jamaica becomes a rat race and shoving match because of how businesses operate.
How many bought as somebody 2nd or 3rd investment..Hom many by foreigners? Houses ate for living and citizens of this country don't get the chance to own there 1st home...land of the renters smh

You will find that typically Jamaican so many of them although highly ambitious will get up everyday with them blood pressure high from struggling to repay these exorbitant mortgages and affording untilities and the daily cost of living !!!! AS I SAY IF THEY ARE PLANNING ON AIR BNB GUESTS, be warned that the Government wants to decrease the numbers coming into that sector by demanding licences and numerous red tape measures and a host of charges in becoming an Air BNB landlord in the coming future, for many people wishing to do Air BNB the sector will not be viable for many ordinary Jamaian people who may wish to enter for these kinds of political as well as economic factors

Those homes are beautiful, the maintenance fees should be legally checked out and your lawyer go through everything with a fine tooth combe. Don't be blinded by the beautiful homes. There is a fee that goes up with inflation every year on those properties. Be very careful people .🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔☠️☠️
