Hi dear, doesn't the flower in the side falls off when the cake is about room temp? I've had these issues of flowers fell off once i piped them on the side. As the buttercream went like condensation I'm so frustrated 😭
Very nice! But i just have to say...you can never make this on a tropical country. Those flowers will melt in seconds. huhu! :( Unless there is a technique for it. Kindly let me know. Tnx! :)

Before you put the cake on the site, try to freeze or chill it out enough, then it may be stable in the room temp for a while!!

Buttercream cake should be kept under max. 23 degrees even at the party room. Then, it's ok~~~

Hi is there any special reason some times you use swiss meringue or Italian meringue buttercream?
Normally I use rather Italian meringue buttercream than Swiss meringue, which is the best cream for three dimensional flower cakes..

버터크림은 구울 수 없고, 냉동했다가 사용하고 있어요 ^^ 본체와 크림이 하나가 되어 높은 온도가 되거나 충격을 주지 않으면 잘 고정되어 있습니다.

If the cake temp (also room temp) doesn’t go down under 22-23 degrees, it stay attached safely. Yes!!! Also it should not shocked suddenly~
@@eedocake i see, my normal weather here is 30 degrees! That's why it always slides off i guess.

Buttercream cake must to be made at around 21 degrees room temp, also need to be kept under 21 (max 23) even at the party room. 🙈
