i'll eliminate cheese .. hard boil eggs ... Scallion instead of red onion ill use all purpose flour to make it firm instead of breadcrumbs .... hotdog replace it with chinese sausage ... i don't saute the ingredients , i just mix them all thoroughly .,.. wrap it then steam .

It's in English and has subtitles so it's easy to follow. I also included veggies for it to be healthier, as one of my lockdown goals in eating good and healthier food. Truly, if you put your heart into something, you'll succeed. ♥️
Same thing happened to me when I followed this recipe. According to other embotido cooks I've asked to,this recipe is missing corn starch. That's supposed to hold the mixture together. Additional eggs would help too!

I don't recommend this if you're planning to start a business. For family consumption lang po kasi 'yung ginawa namin so 'di na po nagawan ng costing. May other videos po sa youtube na may costing, you may search nalang po. 😇
