Arnel Pineda - the soundalike that won (lead singer spot in the classic rock band). Marc Martel is not that lucky, partly because Neal Schon and Brian May are very different.
@@QueenCelebrationFans they didn't even invite marc to sing with them in the oscars. They seem to have no respect. Rami Malek would have been so happy to see Marc sing in the opening of oscar.. he would've freaked out.
@Packo_ Hubu believe me I am very familiar with Arnel Pineda and have been from the beginning, I'm not saying he isn't talented because he is but he doesn't sound like Steve Perry never has. He isn't on the same level as Steve Perry. Bc Steve Perry is the greatest vocalist of all time in my opinion
Kenneth McMahan Arnel is a really great front man though. Energy he puts out in journey shows is amazing. I’ve photographed Mark back when he was with QEX, and I’d love the opportunity to work with Arnel.
@@kennethmcmahan609 I agree with you. I can easily tell the difference between Arnel and Steve. Steve has a bit more rasp and blues in his voice. Not saying that Arnel isn’t good because he is awesome but Steve IMO is the greatest rock singer ever. Regardless I’m glad that Arnel made it possible for Journey to tour again. I would definitely go see them live once COVID gets lost.
I remember "Symphonic Extravaganza" here! Because I know he is half Filipino and one of his favorite singer is Marc Martel and I know he knows about Mr.Arnel Pineda 'cuz they live in the same city.
