We have used a similar recipe but, we add some cottage cheese to the egg mixture. When the cottage cheese melts it is transformed into little bits of mozzarella and binds the pasta together. The baked spaghetti can be sliced like a lasagna. This was our go to recipe for leftover pasta because NOTHING went to waste in my house.

I have about 5 Mandy playlists set up in UA-cam - meat and potatoes - casseroles - sweets - instapot/crockpot - apps and beyond. I admit it's not that easy to keep track and most videos end up in more than one playlist but it's the easiest way I could figure out how to save them. Cream cheese mixed in with the hamburger gives it a different flavor, too. Our former pastor's wife brought us dinner one night after I came home from the hospital from a cellulitis infection in my leg. We had salad and garlic bread with it. We LOVED it!

Just found you 2 weeks ago. Been watching since around 11:30 this morning. Have been cleaning and taking you with me while I am. My 2nd son and his girlfriend are coming up tomorrow, so I'm getting everything cleaned and ready for them. Having a late Easter dinner with them. His girlfriend moved to St Ignace Mi last year from Wisconsin and they spend every holiday with her family. I live alone so they come up when they can to have the dinners from holidays with me.

This reminds me of Weight Watchers spaghetti pie. In that recipe you add Parmesan cheese to the spaghetti mixture and instead of sour cream you use ricotta cheese. The veggies are cooked with the meat. It’s one of my favorites for over 30 years!

Love you and your videos and your family and especially Gracie. .my calico passed a couple years ago she was more like a human she even asked for cheese she would get your attention and get you to go to the fridge and she would take her paw and paw at it while looking up at you and said cheese as plain as any person. @@MandyintheMaking just for a few days; nothing like we had it last year, thank goodness! I was all prepared this year for power outages lol! It's just covered in about 1/4" to 1/2" of ice outside depending on where you are so the school district here closed after school Wednesday for the rest of the week and we hunkered down indoors and are staying cuddly warm and having some good comfort foods and watching movies! I love this kind of weather as long as we don't have to go out in it! Right now it's 23° out there and the windchill is 13° 🥶 Should get above freezing by tomorrow afternoon 😊

Darn you could have made a cookbook...I still love a hand held cook book. this is so nice of you to do this for us. Love you and your videos and your family and especially Gracie. .my calico passed a couple years ago she was more like a human she even asked for cheese she would get your attention and get you to go to the fridge and she would take her paw and paw at it while looking up at you and said cheese as plain as any person. So of course she always got her some cheese. ,💖

@@MandyintheMaking just for a few days; nothing like we had it last year, thank goodness! I was all prepared this year for power outages lol! It's just covered in about 1/4" to 1/2" of ice outside depending on where you are so the school district here closed after school Wednesday for the rest of the week and we hunkered down indoors and are staying cuddly warm and having some good comfort foods and watching movies! I love this kind of weather as long as we don't have to go out in it! Right now it's 23° out there and the windchill is 13° 🥶 Should get above freezing by tomorrow afternoon 😊
