  • Nice little crisps for when you get the munchies. It’s a good job radishes are so good for you as I ate them all 😋 Below are some of the benefits of eating radishes:
    Red radishes are packed with Vitamins E, A, C, B6, and K. Plus it's high on antioxidants, fiber, zinc, potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, copper, calcium, iron and manganese.
    Radishes are good for:
    liver and stomach
    Powerful detox, as they purify the blood by killing toxins
    Useful for jaundice treatment because they remove the bilirubin and maintain its production by keeping it at high level and increases fresh oxygen supply to the blood. Black radishes and their leaves are especially good for this.
    Help in cancer prevention. They’re extremely rich of vitamin C, folic acid and anthocyanins, considered helpful for the treatment of several types of cancer and, in particular colon cancer, kidney cancer, intestinal cancer, stomach cancer and mouth cancer.

    Dehydrated carrots, mushrooms, eggplant and will do potatoes tomorrow

      Hi Janine, yeh they went crispy. Like little peppery treats, better then them going soft in the fridge and you end up throwing them away. You can always powder them to instead of just eating the whole dehydrated lot because they were so small 🙄
