I’m unsure weather to find another job or merge all my investment accounts into one. If I do, how should I handle it, and are there any potential drawbacks? I also plan to sell my property, which could add $200K over time. Should I consolidate my investments into a single account or spread them across various markets?
These are crucial questions for a financial planner. I met mine at a NYSE summit, and with her help, my wife and I reallocated our $1.7M portfolio between a traditional IRA and a brokerage account. She’s been making investments with our approval and has helped us recover twice our losses. We’re holding steady and carefully navigating more markets
So public housing at Market price. Is this public housing? So citing profitability, sell social enterprise? So where did the spirit and purpose of social enterprise to care for citizens go?
Ntuc joint statement is contradicting point NTUC sell 51% for $1.6b profit, yet they have faith on allianz to put social mission over their profit mission. NTUC board puts so much faith on foreign entity that they would put our singaporean social mission first. Transfering NTUC original mission statement social mission onto Foreign entity ? May be Im the only one naive and ignorance NOT to believe foreign entity able to prioritize our social mission before their profit oriented mission!
Hmm….. there are different challenges from time to time. What the Minister said about 50 years later bla bla bla…, just shows that, there is guarantee that no talent can run insurer in future. 😂😂😂
Why the obsession to sell a cherished national social mission entreprise to foreigners in order to allow Income to have the best? Are Singaporeans unable to run the organisation any better going forward? 😮
Insurance is a long tail business. Then why not make Income grow its sales for the long term? I dont feel impressed by everything they say at all. Everything they say seems to be rebuttable and arguable
To protect Singaporeans in long term is not to sell Ntuc Income! What is the minister saying? Beating about the bush! Selling it to a foreign entity is not in Singaporeans interest!!
Imagine if a commitment in writing is purely qualitative eg. "We Aspire to love and care for all existing policy holders subject to the fine prints"

Why not sell parliament to foreigner,, maybe can manage more properly
