  • In this video I'll give a really brief overlook of what sitting in the same position can (and most probably) will do to your body. Don't worry! I will also give you a list of bullet-proof office moves to do right by your desk, no gym or equipment needed!
    Set a timer every 60 minutes and perform these for around 60 seconds each:
    4:25 Shoulder Stretch with Neck Turns and Chin Tucks
    5:24 Chair Hinge
    6:18 Bent Over Mid-Back Rotations
    7:22 Hip-Flexor Stretch
    8:22 Seated Piriformis Stretch
