Exactly, this is something people usually don't mention, parents and the entourage we grow up in controls like 70% whether or not we can be a successful business owners. A person needs parents who are connected to the business/investment world or atleast a mentor who would teach them everything.

@JONES That is an Interesting thought and you might be even right about that. Im German myself and here, a lot of people act differently according to how they are at home and how they are in Public. At home, we all have our privacy and in many times go to an extent with it. I dated quite a few girls here and what can i say, they are very, very open minded about Fantasies, sexual Prefrences and trying new things in Bed. But outside of our Homes, we behave sometimes a bit too professional. It all depends on where you are in the social ladder. Non-Employed People are different than Engineers. Im an Engineer :D

Anyone else notice that those making average salaries are much more likely to have charity/donations in their budget than those making way more than they can spend?
I think wealthier individuals are also more likely to make a single burst at the end of their lives rather than throughout. He earns a ridiculous return on his investment and the longer he waits to donate the more he can. I doubt he is going to want to just pass it all to his kids or spend it all.
Kevin donates to charity all the time. He even put up a fundraiser on his videos during the summer to donate to BLM and Food Banks struggling from lockdowns.
He donates, but it’s not necessarily in their budget because they don’t plan to donate X amount of dollars each month, but rather donate when they see a need.
They seem strangely platonic. If you didn’t tell me they were married and had kids, I wouldn’t even know they were married. If anything, I’d assume they slightly despise each other from her passive aggressive remarks about his work ethic.
It'ss called being professional. PDA is incredibly obnoxious. We don't need them to be all over each other to know they're a couple. That's just silly.
I hope Grant Cardone doesn't find another reason to sue Kevin after this video 😂 But man, the true mark of success is loosing a million dollars on a failed business, and 100,000 in legal fees to Grant Cardone and Dave Ramsey, and not even flinching 👍 Kevin is my hero.
I think this pandemic has taught people the importance of multiple streams of income, unfortunately having a job doesn't mean financial security. I really appreciate the transparency and giving people a fighting chance during this troubling times.
Did you know that the level of unemployment has increased tremendously since the pandemic? We should learn to create multiple streams of income and not depend only on monthly salary and wages.
I admire their work ethic but she seems overwhelmed and stressed. I would too if I had to think about 2 kids, 8 zillion properties, AND not falling off of my futuristic hover board 😩💀
I thought the same...my pet peeve is when mothers say "I'm a full-time mom...oh and I have a career on the side" and where the husband is like "I have this million dollar career...oh right and then there's the kids that I hang out with"--I know he spends time with his kids, but playing with them and taking care of them are two different things. I told my husband that WE are going to have kids together. If he has a busy career, then I'd expect him to cut back his hours to take care of them just like I would have to do.
@@Manisha-wl9wi Depends on who's the breadwinner though? Breadwinner can't cut back hours at work especially when there's now more people living in the house (More people =more expenses). You have to be realistic and stop being emotional.

And that now on top of it all his office is home so he’s underfoot and prob has no clear delineation between his work day and home family time day. Whatever that lie about intending to stop at five.
@@ipromisethatserendipityisa9656 he strikes me as a MGTOW with a family. He is just not ready and has no understanding of what a woman has on her plate. He needs to be a late forties early fifties trophy wife husband. Likely he still will be... she’s gonna build with him until she’s run into the ground and then they’ll split when she’s fed up or he has his midlife crisis. Hopefully she stands up for her needs before that extreme.
@@dahliahardiee8129 I get that, but she also needs to save her health and her sanity. This! The documentary is very misleading. They make it look like they made their money from real estate. The reality is that he sells the “real estate dream” while making is money from people watching.
@@WANWIN043 exactly, if I have a solid real estate investment plan that make 6 mil a year I wouldn’t be on UA-cam. They make their money on UA-cam then use the money to buy real estate at inflated price... and tell their audience to go out and turn 100 dollars into a real estate empire (after paying for their course). I get that they are using UA-cam to build their real estate nest egg so they pass down to generations or retire early. But don’t buy into the real estate UA-cam guru hype.
They're very lucky Lauren's mom was already doing exactly this and they just had to follow her lead. All the connections and how to's were theirs from the get go.
