    Do not use outputs coming from the back of the stereo for use with a LOC. Your afternarket subwoofer will not play anything below 40 or 50hz.. so almost midbass sound regardless if you use 1000 watts rms, a 12 inch or a 15 inch subwoofer.
    The right cables to use are under the driver's seat on the harness going to the bose amplifier, these wires are input wires that haven't passed through the crossover section which limits the frequencies going to the tiny factory 5 inch subwoofer.

    Where did you say you ran the blue and white signal wire from the adapter? it wasn’t attached to anything in the video so i wasnt quite sure. I was also curious as to what those T-splice clamp on the gray wire were for

    • @Tmoneygarage
      @Tmoneygarage  4 роки тому

      Hey, it's been awhile so my memory is kind of hazy but I believe that white and blue wire is a signal wire. That goes to your amp to turn it on. I think i spliced my amp to another wire that would turn on with the car for some reason. Let me know if you need more help.

    How is your wire holding up behind the heat shield? Any discoloration or melting? Saw another vid explaining that their power wire was shorting because it had melted behind the firewall.

    • @Tmoneygarage
      @Tmoneygarage  6 місяців тому

      Sorry I forgot to reply to your comment earlier. To be honest I don’t remember but I either didn’t use it or it was spliced to a power wire like the 12v cigarette lighter. It’s a signal wire so you just need to tap it to something that turns on when you turn the car on.
