- We finally come to some uploaded replays and recording from King of the Seas 17 Internationals.
Originally I wanted to upload the entire internationals stage from the live recordings Dastert and I made. Unfortunately Dasterts recordings contain music which doesnt allow most of the maps to be uploaded since some songs are permanently blocked on youtube. I did record the first 2 series of the knockout stage with post game commentary and the semi final as well as the final I did record with our live voicechat. Therefore I present to you the knockout stage with a few insights from my side and later on next week with our actual comms.
What this will show is that our wins are by no means attributed to one or two specific guys calling during a game but a team effort where a lot of people take part in the communication and decission process by providing information or proposing ideas and options during a game. This team is by no means capable of winning because one person on one side of the map tells everyone specifically what to do but rather 9 individual people that think for themselves and build little groups during the games came together. There is a lot of freedom for each player in our playstyle since we stopped forcing many setpieces onto the players but rather let them come to their own conclusions as to what they can achieve in a situation or what has to be done to be victorious. In a way this leads to a very reactive playstyle which also allows us to not be locked out of a game as much in case we stratted incorrectly but in return we drop games here and there because people do make mistakes.
