Lol mandible is your jaw bone. I had a similar experience in Elektro but I was nice to two noobs and they knocked me out but got distracted by bandaging and zombies. I got up and followed them until I could kill both with headshots in the hospital. By that time they were armed. I got 4 others too before leaving. My player is back there on a long-term revenge quest. If they have a weapon, they die.

Also on post commentary your voice feels a bit off-center. For me you sound a bit to the right. In-game is fine but only the post-commentary is off-center.
