You guys are great, but the one thing I haven't seen is a test on these cameras is the "ZOOM IN TEST ON DOCUMENTS". Nobody checks the quality of the lens when trying to read a business card or a 10 point font from 6 to 15 feet away. They always showing license plates from a distance. The best I seen is on 8MP -12mm varifocal lens with a 1080p, screen haven't checked on a 4k screen. A lot of these vendors out here in NYC don't stock HQ cameras or wont make the effort to even set it up. I've even been trying to get my hands on an AXIS camera to see how good they really are, but sales rep for NYC hasn't responded yet, and all their videos online do not have indoors office environment testing.

These new cameras are quite interesting, multiple applications under one roof! Do you have intentions of covering the iDS-2PT9122IX-DE/S Human Detection camera? It's a fascinating concept but there's hardly any demos of it around :/
Which NVR is compatible with video intercom ds-kv8102-im with indoor station ds-kh1310-al? I want CONTINUOUS RECORDING +audio (use it as ip camera). Thank you.
Hi I have just installed a new Colorvu system with 3 cameras, on two of them when I go into the ptz settings I am unable to select 5MP the only options are PAL or NTSC on the other camera I can select 5MP no problem, the other settings for all three cameras are the same.
@@DVSLTD Hi Dave, the cameras are DS-2CE12HFT-F28 the DVR is DS-7204HUHI-ki I have been advised that it could be the power supply unit as it is underrated fort these cameras, so I have a new one on order, I will let you know if this resolves the problem. Thanks for your help
