This is so super inspiring! I've always been intimidated by working out because I didn't know how to make a good exercise plan, but your video's make it seem a lot less daunting! Keep up the awesome stuff and I can't wait for the future parts! :D
Love it!!!!!! Stay on it, I had a crazy physique back than didn't see it because I was so insecure and I regret losing it to this day. Now I'm back at it and this is moving me thsnk you. I go to planet fitness, might switch in the future. For me no difference though. 2 meals and protein shake tough I do 3 meals protein shake for my cut. Bulk I do 5 meals protein shake
11:52 Relatable with most other Asian/Latino grandmas that see their successors. My abuela from Puerto Rico always wants to stuff my face with as much food as possible 😅 she enjoys seeing me eat and love treats. And in Puerto Rican cooking, all the fried empandas and pastles taste soooo good it's hard to resist.
Thas amazing hahaha. Yee it really be like that and when that grandma home cooked food is so amazing you can't help but eat it ya know haha. Love this 💯
Bro you are so similar to me, I used to live on the west coast (Cali) then I moved to North Carolina (Charlotte area) and now I'm starting my transformation. Thanks for the motivation!
The pictures you take are so unflattering hahaha. I train almost everyday and I am fit. If I take pics like this I look terrible as well. The level of confidence it took for you to do this is incredible. Hats off to you bro. Way to inspire people. Now the trick is to not fall off. Consistency
As someone in the middle phase of going from skinny fat to kinda muscly but also kinda fat and skinny xD This vid is so motivating and informative, thanks so much!
Watching this I’ve realized my expectations are unrealistic and unattainable in the near future. Currently 175lb and I understand now there’s no way I can stay this same weight while being shredded. That will take at least 3-5 years of effort to put on an extra 25lb of lean mass. When I saw that you had to cut a whole 30lbs to somewhat get that lean and mean look I realized this. Great educational video. Learned a lot!
Such a really helpful video!! But it would be great if u could talk more about diet cos ive been in such a dilemma not knowing what to eat/not eat 😭 im skinny fat too btw, my tummy is bigger tho.
I will say, at 23 I was even more fat and overweight than him. I transformed having defined 6 pack abs using a program in 3 months (my arms were slightly smaller than his final transformation) but it required so much dedication to eating well but I didn’t go to a gym a single day in those 3 months using at home equipment (i spent prob around $150-$200 on stuff) and I didn’t run in the conventional sense, I sprinted back and forth using the street in front if my parent’s house about a quarter mile long sprinting in intervals with increasing effort for 45 minutes (hence the 1.45 hours). I honestly looked even better than this guy (outside the arms but not MUCH worse because I didn’t do benchpresses like he did). I did HIIT 1.45 hours a day for 3 days a week changing the routine every week, only repeating a routine if I hadn’t mastered it in one week (which in the beginning was often). So yes it is doable to do a transformation in 3 months but it won’t last let me tell you, because you aren’t changing your long term habits or how to properly balance life and working out, so you burn out and just don’t want to do it anymore. I’m not a fitness head and never did exercise before I did this so I’ll just say changing isn’t as hard as it seems and be gracious with yourself, weight fluctuates and life happens it is about progress not perfection!
I’m back Thor. I think it’s cuz I’m quite fat that just through a few days of only protein (chicken) with maybe a bit of sauce on it. I went from 95kg to almost 92kg. I am planning to keep up this way of eating but I’m not sure what exercises I should incorporate especially due to school being tiring and it takes about an hour to get home cuz traffic. Either ways, hoping to see the next vid soon !
On that last pic, was leg workouts just cardio? And the schedule is that all one week, monday: chest run and core. Or is that 1 week workout second cardio and third core?
um im not exactly sure what u r referring for the last pic but I did do leg exercises for leg day! but then it became less of a priority and I was too scared to squat by myself so it got phased out. The schedule is all in one day yea so in 1 day I would do multiple workouts. So for example basically I would lift in the morning and then do core/cardio around 4pm in my cutting phase.
I personally think you should just bulk! Generally speaking, more weight helps you lift more weight which will increase your muscle mass. And then once you reach how much strength or muscle you want to get to, I would say you should start cutting to reveal your muscle! But thats just ma opinion. Good luck!
whas good mayonnaiseOreo haha, when I paid attention to my diet and I was trying to still reach 225lb for my bench press I was in a surplus and when I started cutting to lean out I was in a deficit!
@@supremevalue1 Thanks bro! I've been skinny fat for a long time since I lost weight too dramatically from under eating and too much cardio. I'm only between 15-18% body fat most of the time but I don't wear the fat well around my lower belly and chest regions. I started eating in a surplus a few months ago but felt like I was putting on too much fat compared to muscle so I'm thinking of seeing what I can do by maintaining. I'm getting married in a few months so I'm not trying to look doughy, which makes it tough to commit to eating more right now. How frequently were you lifting? I'm doing 5-6 days a week but keeping it around 40 minutes per workout so I don't get bored and can hit all my lifts hard. I'm like you where I like lifting weights but I don't like having to devote all my time to it. I'm never going to be one of those 3 month transformation dudes either that spends 2-3 hours a day in the gym. Anyway, sorry for the novel but I appreciate your videos dude. Shows everyone that you don't have to become a hardcore gym rat to have a body transformation and that it just takes dedication and time.
Just imagine what you could have achieved if you had the knowledge and nothing to distribute the consistency of your workouts could've been a fitness channel by now LOL.
Hahaha I don't know about that haha but yea I def could have done so many things differently but honestly it was fun figuring things out and looking back its so funny I laugh at maself LOL
This is the most realistic transformation I've watched. I always feel bad having no physical result in few months. It take more time to see results
Thank you! Yee it takes time for sure! Like alottttttttttttt of time when everything else in life is so hard ya know.
even his face changed so much, it's crazy

Yee it is super intimidating for sure!! Hahaha yea at the end of the day ya just try random things ya know!
Thanks for being real about the journey. Would love to see more content on the process!
Thank you! I appreciate that forreal 🙌

could you also talk about your diet? thanks!
How much did you weight when you first started out?
Yo. If you don't mind, how tall are you? I am currently cutting and want to know what a realistic body composition is for my height.
Im 5'8 on a good day!
@@supremevalue1 LESGOOO BOIII. I am also the same height as you. Thank you for giving me a realistic goal. Fellow Korean here!!!
💯💯💯
bro I think you need to create a summary of diet and work out
Why did you stop working out after getting so far?
push ups and pull up bar is all you need to get started
yuuuuup straight up
Hey bro im skinny fat should i cut those love handles and go jim or just bulk or what
Cut first, you will be skinny but I'd rather start the bulk skinny with a jawline then already a little fat
@@terminalius im at 67-68 kg bodyweight with a small belly fat and my jawline is visible but should i go full skinny mode then bulk?
