- It's spilling way szn boiz and squirrels.. It's spillway szn. Unfortunately a lot of my usual early spring spillin'ways got bend over and ram rodded by ACOA, there's always more just a little further away. Shouts outs to the homie @coltonfishes for the new puddle suggestion. It was pretty darned good for numbers of fish, and dinner. PAAAA THANKS!!!

Absolutely the toughest time of the year I think. Until that water hits 50 or so they are tough to figure out. That was totally successful
I think it’s the best time. You just go to holes and fish jig heads with crawlers or minnows really slow and you will hammer them all day. Stay away from the fast water until that water gets to around 45 degrees and the big girls start moving to the faster water to get ready for spawn.

I own zero Stradics because I can't afford them. They're $200-300 here. My latest buy was a Shimano Sahara X Spinning Combo 7ft 2in 4-8kg with 4000 reel.

Josh, find some black/ chartreuse paddle tail jigs . I have caught big fish, bass and catfish out of city ponds and creeks throwing that color .
Wait until the females come up there in about a week! They stack up along the dam areas for the spawn and it's absolute dinomite!! 🐖🐖 All day! At least that's how it works up here in Nodak.

Been sick as a dog for a week. No fishing for me, but I get a good Stache video to get me through.

This last weekend I caught close too 200 of them little 6-10 walleye. Used 1/4 oz jig-head with a crawler. Won’t be long till the bigger ones start biting

Here in Ohio and saugeye are my favorite fish to catch. Love the fillets and they'll bite when almost nothing else will. Love your videos and look forward to seeing more toothy critters.

Definitely straight saugers. They still have a lighter colored tipped tail, just not white white like a walleye

Do they not sale minnows in Nebraska how come never use a jig and minnow especially during the colder water periods?
Just a pain to drag around for the most part. Only really use them crappie fishing once or twice a year otherwise you can do the same amount of damage with lures. There’s exceptions of course.
