Just passed my California Real Estate Salesperson test 3 days ago... I owe majority of that to you in addition to my own studies. You’re truly the best. I am happy to say I can finally comment this like your other students!! It’s crazy how due to covid my test kept getting delayed (understandable). Can’t wait to become a successful agent! CONGRATS to anyone who passed and KEEP GOING to anyone studying. I’m proud of you.
yea that makes absolutely no sense to me ....if the NW 1/4 takes up a 1/4 of section 9....then from the illustration, the "SW 1/2" Should be the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4....please explain.
Thank you Joe! I passed the Michigan salesperson exam on the first try 2/1/21! Your videos helped me so much. I share them with anyone I know currently studying for the exam ! Thanks again 😃
Your videos are so helpful. Thank you so much Prep Agent. I feel that I will be fully ready for the exam when I decide to take it thanks to your teaching videos
Thanks Joe! Passed my Florida test last week 🥳🎉🎊..lots of vocabulary, math was a breeze thanks to practice, and quite frankly the hardest part was being proctored online. You have to sit like a statue and DO NOT look offscreen as they let you know they will end the exam. My tip: keep that mouse moving along with your eyes so they can tell where you're looking.
I went back and forth on debating on if I wanted to take it proctored at home or drive 2 1/2 to take it in person. I decided in person... I was not about the difficulties that came along with taking it at home!
I'm confused on one part. So if range lines are north to south and tier lines are east to west, why when naming the townships it's flipped and the range is east or west and tiers is north and south?
great explanation Joe! But should it be SW 1/4 of NW1/4 SE9,T4N,R5W at around 5:50? Just comparing to an example from a real legal description I've found outside.
for T4N R5W, he said tiers go from east to west so how is it T 4 North? and how is it R5N if range go from north to south? please clarify and thank you!
I have a question I really need to understand because I am confused. Personal property can become real property by alienation, hypothecation, and being left behind. How does hypothecation play into this role as I am a bit confused because I am under the impression hypothecation is when you give your property as security for a loan. What am I missing that is making me think this way.

Is it just me or is the guy yelling all of his lines in this video? It's hard to listen to because I'm hard of hearing and use headphones, but when I put up the volume he keeps hitting some kind of yelling high note (not sure the word for it, like peaking or something) that hurts my ears. Can't go lower, hurts to turn it higher

I was wondering the same thing
Agree!!
i have the same question..

Hello 🙂 was Anyone able to understand this or get their question answered? I’m still confused on this a little. Thanks !
Excellently conceptualize for visual learners like me! 😊❤
When he says SW 1/2 of the NW 1/4 does he mean SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4??? 6:13 Otherwise really great video helped me a lot!!
I thought the same
Yeah it’s def the SW1/4
You truly are the best Joe 😊 I finally understand townships! It's actually not as complicated as I thought. Keep it simple 👍
Omg I’m so thankful for you joe!

really, really great videos, your visuals are really helping me to understand, much appreciated!
Very useful, much easier to understand than the notes I was given.
Well done, I'll use this information for utility permitting.
This is so educating and fun way to remember answers for the exam
I'm confused on one part. So if range lines are north to south and tier lines are east to west, why when naming the townships it's flipped and the range is east or west and tiers is north and south?
Is it township or tier? A different prep agent video named them as townships, but this video called them tiers, but townships as well.
Amazing content. Thank you
Thanks Joe! Thats exactly where I am in my studies
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!!!!! :') You can't imagine how helpful this video is for my life
Great explanation.
This was so helpful thank you so much!
Love you Joe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For all those wondering it would be the SW 1/4 not 1/2
great explanation Joe! But should it be SW 1/4 of NW1/4 SE9,T4N,R5W at around 5:50? Just comparing to an example from a real legal description I've found outside.
Yup.. Came here to say that the description at 5:28 should be "SW 1/4" not "SW 1/2." Love the videos! Thanks!
how is it tier 4 north and range 5 west if u said that the tier is east and west and the range is north and south
that was my same question. good luck!
Amazing!!!!!!!!
Thank you thank you thank you so much 😊
nice graphics...very helpful!
when I take my test I feel like I'm gonna hear that guitar intro melody in my head every time Im trying to remember something he taught.
Great Video! Thanks...
Shouldn't it read: SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 9 Tier 4N, Range 5 W?
yes.
Great tutorial video.
very helpful thank you very much.
Thank you😊
Yes
for T4N R5W, he said tiers go from east to west so how is it T 4 North? and how is it R5N if range go from north to south? please clarify and thank you!
For the fractional description wouldn’t it be 1/4 for both not 1/2
Great video
How do I get one on one webinars? I take my test in a few weeks and I am in desperate need of help
i love you joe
I feel like I'm listening to Joe Rogan talk! Good info!
Great info
Well done

I've never seen a "SW1/2" Wouldn't that be a triangle?
Thanks!!!
Government Survey System
Wouldn’t it be the south west 1/4?
Thank u 🙏
‼️❗️He is WRONG when showing the example T4north R5west. Range is NORTH and SOUTH vertical … Tier is EAST and WEST horizontal. ❗️‼️
