First story, id tell them that if they were truely sorry, theyd pay for your legal fees that they stupidly caused to be incurred.
They wrongfully tried to fine OP and threatened legal action without even doing the basic thing of checking first.
Hell would need to freeze over and the devil would need a new job before I brought a home in a HOA screw that for a game of soldiers!!!!!

the guy that said to sort OP's parking, I think they chewed up and spat out before being fired from the company with a non-recommanded letter for any job in that field

Me again: Another outfit organization is the Adult Protective Services! They are very pesty with their phone calls, letters, & demands for their services! Why not run some videos on them for a change?😊
In that last story, for that Ditch Witch machine to be parked on private property, they have to ask and receive permission. When that permission was given, they would have been told where they were permitred to park the machine. And if parking was that tight, then a parking space would have been out of the question. However, that operator should have been smart enough to know how parking the machine across parking spaces was going to cause problems for the company.
Soda lady needs those sodas like another orfice. Op couldn't have let her go first because bloated boat wasn't there to be allowed to go first. Was op supposed to put everything back into her cart then go to the end of the line just so bloated boat could go first? As to bumping op with the cart, store employees should have gotten involved. Either the boat stops bumping op, or she leaves without her soda.
Last story the company with V in thier name is lucky the HOA didn't have the ditchwitch towed in and impounded as would've also been thier right
The fake girl story was horrible. I understand why the storyteller retaliated. The one with the sodas made me think the storyteller is a bigot to overweight people. Tho response justified

That last one and the one before, both OPs are TOTAL AHs! It's not the lady with the sodas that will be having to clean up that mess, it will be the store's employees dealing with it. As for that last one, that was a work crew in a work zone. Park elsewhere. That pathetic excuse of a cop should have fined him for that stunt. 'No jurisdiction' my butt.

its does not matter if it was a work zone and a work crew, if your are working an private premises (hoa parking lot would be private) you must respect the wishes of the owners... so if they say move to a visitors spot you move even though you would have been told to park there in the 1st place
