- Change in eating disorder recovery is hard work and it requires a great deal of behaviour change. We're not trying to convince you that eating disorder change is possible - we KNOW it's possible! We work with hundreds of families who have shown us that eating disorder recovery can happen. But did you know that there are five stages of change in eating disorder recovery?
In today's episode, Jillian will take us through the stages of change in eating disorder recovery, what stage you may be in, and how ready you are for change in eating disorder recovery. Now if you're a parent of a child with an eating disorder, keep in mind that for recovery to happen it does not matter if your child believes change can happen right now, it just matters that you as the parent or guardian want change.
