1:38 the clear section of the trim under the chrome blade on the driver’s side fender is the optional GuideMatic headlamp control sensor, which in 1963-earlier Cadillacs was on the dashboard. The mechanism behind that clear window actually goes back into the top of the fender almost a foot.
My 63 Fleetwood was a higher quality car with superior trim, lighting and lighted chrome door pulls that the 64 lacked. Much higher quality car than the 64.

Love it just pure elegant.
Beautiful Fleetwood!
Magnificent car!
Nice car
Beautiful!
That interior is an absolute tragedy.
Should not have velour interior. A car this nice deserves proper seat upholstery.
Correct, should be all leather or leather and brocade, not chintzy nylon velveteen.
Is it still available
Incorrect fabric upholstery.
Yeah, I'd prefer the correct fabric
Red velour is SO 70s
A black or dark gray brocade would be appropriate.
Sonny Liston had the exact car
Nice But the new style 65s really made a statement 65s were a new era of prestige Opulence
Are you here in California?
Not unless the Mississippi River has moved.
