thank u so much... I guess shomu's biology is the best channel for every type of query... very very helpful and the way u explain is understandable... nice job sir... :-)
Sir What if smaller molecules enter the void along with larger.. its not compulsory that smaller take the pores only, they may enter the voids too. Than first to be eluted is smaller particles in this case..
Another difference between gel electrophoresis and size exclusion chromatography is that smaller fragments will run faster and larger ones will run slowly in gel electrophoresis while in size exclusion chromatography smaller molecules will come slowly and larger ones come faster, am I right Sir?
Thankio Sir I like Your Teaching method, Your video Satisfied me in my aim and many many thanks at last iwant to say you Sir please explain Uranic Acid Pathway If You can. Thankyou Sir
hlw sir , u teach us very smartly . tx for that . but , somewhere i studied that some mixture of protein standards added first before mix of protein . can you explain why is it ?
sir , when we will pour a sample it may contains undesirable materials but we get product according to size. So undesirable materials are also disributed in product according to size. Then how we can separate undesirable materials.
thanks for your big healp . I just look to go deeper in technics.i mean how to do calculations of the V0 or Retention volume and time . how to read a cromatoramme if you can o that I'll be thankfull
If I'm using agarose instead of sephadex beads as the matrix of the column then how do the protein of high mol. wt. will elute faster than that of lower ones
HI! Sir I have this question above could you please help to me solution please. Proteins may be quantified by spectrophotometry at 280nm. Explain the underlying principles of this technique and outline the advantages of this assay over alternative methods.
column chromatography covers many types of chromatography like ion exchange, affinity and also gel filtration. so gel filtration is a type a column chromatography since its run through a column
If sample contain both smaller and larger prtn then how only larger prtns I'll come through pores why can't small prtns come through the same pores from which larger one comes
anthati mastan small particles has two route: through pores and from surrounding with large ones the letter has one so low percentage of small will run beside large
In another lecture... they said larger molecules will travel slower as they want to find alternative way, around the st phase and but small molecules can easily move through the pores in them and travels faster.... Actually which statement is true ??🤔🤔
Aravind SR I think the one where large mol. Are eluted first is much more gripping concept because as you see the surface are for the large molecule will be greater and the way they had to find will be small in comparison to the small molecule which are stuck in the labyrinth of pores.....like a ant which has average speed way much faster than a cat but the cat will still outrun them.
You have a talent for teaching others. Huge thumbs up and thank you
Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
RD Sharma is describing concepts specially for physics students...like that u r there fr us(chem & bio students)..thank u sir
Maths students* not physics
Thank you sir your videos are helping me. . .recently i came to know there is a chanel shomu s biology. . Nd this is a gift for lifescinces students
+Kuldeep kaur Dhaliwal thank you. Hope to serve you more
thank u so much... I guess shomu's biology is the best channel for every type of query... very very helpful and the way u explain is understandable... nice job sir... :-)
Sir u are a Gem 💎 , and I give thanks to God for it and I even thank God for giving us shomu sir 🙏
You're welcome. Glad you like it
Incredible way of teaching. 💖👍

Thanks sir your lecture is very helpful for me because i am doing msc biotechnology
Thank you very much for crystal clear explanation
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
Tq sir u are very helpful to me to understand easy about chromatography.... Tq ...
You're welcome
Thank you for your effort for explaining each and every point clearly.
Thank you so much sir your lectures are helpful and pretty easy to understand. Love from Pakistan

You're welcome
Tq very much dir....
my mdm teach very badly but u r soo good sir
Thank you. Glad you liked my lectures
super sir really you are helping me a lot.good explanation.thank u
Sir What if smaller molecules enter the void along with larger.. its not compulsory that smaller take the pores only, they may enter the voids too. Than first to be eluted is smaller particles in this case..
really very helpful thing sir...thank u sir...provide some more videos on spectroscopy topics
Nice explaination
Thank you
Somu sir plz increase u r vedio volume u r explanation is good
I have a query, so, does folded protein comes out first or unfolded according to their hydrodynamic volume?
Another difference between gel electrophoresis and size exclusion chromatography is that smaller fragments will run faster and larger ones will run slowly in gel electrophoresis while in size exclusion chromatography smaller molecules will come slowly and larger ones come faster, am I right Sir?
Thank you so much 😊 Sir 🙏
You're welcome
thanks shomu da...you helped me alot. I want to meet you personally
Hi SIr, I love your videos a lot...Can you please make a video about chromatofocusing
Thankio Sir I like Your Teaching method, Your video Satisfied me in my aim and many many thanks at last iwant to say you Sir please explain Uranic Acid Pathway If You can. Thankyou Sir
i want to lecture and assignment on protein purification in detail .
I really like your teaching style that,s so good .so, i want to take more lecture
Hi... thanks for your all lectures..... would you please upload about various types of detector used in chromatography..... thanks again
hlw sir , u teach us very smartly . tx for that . but , somewhere i studied that some mixture of protein standards added first before mix of protein . can you explain why is it ?
please sir..take 1 lecture.on this topic
We liked it a lot thanks
Thank you so much sir ❤️🥰
You're welcome

Plz explain affinity elution
helped me alot thanks
+Akshay Zagade you're going welcome
Thank you so much.
You're welcome
Thanks a lot,
You're welcome
@@shomusbiologyofficial it's helping my homework from my Professor
Thanku sir it's very nice
many Thanks

Thank you sir
How to separate sample and mobile phase from the reservoir
understand easily
Please make a video of analytical method development in hplc in hindi

You're welcome
what is flash chromatography?
sir plzzzzz upload all video for neet exam
Is it adsorption column chromatography?
Good sir 🙏✍️
You're welcome
thanks
I though the reason is buckflow not just gravity
Well sir
Thank you
What about Gel permeation chromatography ? Is it same ?🤔🤔
Yes
So, gel filtration chromatography is the same as column chromatography? I am little bit confused with terminology
column chromatography covers many types of chromatography like ion exchange, affinity and also gel filtration. so gel filtration is a type a column chromatography since its run through a column
thanks sir
Why take about application of.gel filtration chromotography?
From this GPC data how can I find out the molecular weight of my synthetic compound
I think there is now a technologically advanced set-up where there is a detector such as UV-Vis and refractive index.
How can be the unit of hydrodynamic volume is angstrom??
nice
Sir make video on cell , chromosome in hindi please
Okay

it's good that u helped us but better you give no adds during lectures, so that one can completely concentrate. what are you talking about ?
Niceeeee sir
You're welcome
Sir aap har aak subject pa lecture kase dete ha
I prepare myself and deliver
sir elution means
Elution mean to carry
