Oh my god I just created that whole journey in my head throughout your video.I have never seen so obsessed man with Batman as I am indeed.Unfortunately,Batman belongs to WB studio who is a big machine for generating revenue in movie production sector, so they will never give this kind of sequences to be released out.But maybe it’s matter of time…
Personally,I would love to see more action within Gotham city including Wayne’s manor.I am not really certain about adversaries I want to see but I am 100% positive that they should bring elements of thriller,horror and grounded violence to the movie.
I became extremely tired to see cine Batman saving whole continents and worlds from aliens(hello afflec),bombastic villains(hello dark knight rises) and etc.
I wanna see Batman beating up criminals in a narrow Gothams alley and get them shocked to rest of their lives(As it was in the first Burton’s Batman).

I can see why you would push for an NC-17 rating. It makes exact sense. But IF you’re lucky, you’ll get a hard Restricted rating. Biggest reason, besides you mentioning Warner Bros and money, is the fact that everyone loves Batman. WB knows if they go the route you wanted, it would prevent certain persons (minors mostly) from seeing it. And that would lead to a huge decline in ticket revenue. Short term impact is clear, but long term impact remains to be seen.
I know most, like you and me, would love to see Batman cross the point of no return. But as WB’s (and DC Comics’) biggest cash cow…well we both can spell that out for ourselves. A lot of this we already knew, but I’m using this as a “see both sides of the argument” reminder for myself. As a fan, this makes me glad I’m not the one in charge of the whole thing.
Regardless, I’m still sold on the whole idea.
Fully agree. They would lose such a large percentage of the audience at the box office that they could never justify it. We can at least dream. Thanks for watching & commenting!

Tbh, the only story that I’d really like to see a great adaptation of is Heart Of Ice. Yes, I’d also like to see A Death In The Family/Under The Red Hood, but we’re probably gonna get it in James Gunn’s universe anyway. We just need a dark, emotional and meaningful adaptation of Mr. Freeze that pushes Batman to his limits (Similar to The Riddler in The Batman), and have him be both twisted and understandable in a way, that’s the best way to handle him. Just no ice puns and it could be the greatest Batman movie ever.
