I've always been intimidated by marvelous designer but want to make clothes for my sims 4 but your tutorial is so patient and in-depth you've changed my fear of getting to know this programme.Big thanks and keep up the good work.
This is great, thank you! I have watched several "beginner" videos for Marvelous Designer and you have been in my opinion the most thorough every step of the way. Can't wait to start generating my own designs to hopefully implement onto my sims.
WOW! What an incredible tutorial! Your clear speech and method of explaining things is right on. I am slight beyond the beginner stage I think as i have created a few garments, but I learned a LOT of new tricks. Thank you so much! I look forward to watching next installment.
Usually when I'm learning new 3d software I feel like I need to watch a few videos before I can really accomplish anything, but even just after this one video it seems like I could go create a few sample garments to start learning properly. Quality tutorial, thank you very much.
I was so impressed when i realized that I could move around the cloth in real time on my 3d model, this program is a life saver!!!! Great tutorial by the way!
Wow i just watches the video complete and actually this tutorial is the best that could ever happen to a beginner! You sum up the most important things so good without talking about unnecessary details
I cant believe I feared this software for soooo long. U are the best teacher ever! You make it so easy to udnerstand. If Alient ever wanna know about us I will point thme towards you, because you can explain so easily. 🤣🤣😂😂
I ended up here off a random clip off Instagram and amazing tutorial I now know how to edit and simulate clothes on a computer program, even though I’m a plumber and have absolutely zero work use for this it was so helpful I had to listen
The avatar is actually in the "A Pose", a significant error in the video that should have been corrected. Other than that this is probably one of the best Marvelous designer tutorials I have seen.
Just finished the first video. Got the tutorial resources from your Gumroad. Following along in MD12. Fantastic, well paced tutorial so far. I've really learned a lot. Thanks for putting this together.
loved it, your tutorial has removed my fear of using this masterpiece program. you contribute a lot in furnishing my 3d skills , wont forget it. thank you so much
thank you so much for this!! my content vastly improved just after watching this videos, im honestly amazed! i really wanted to know where you find all your textures?? im really struggling to find material for other stuff im making. not a lot of creators take the time to do this, so thank you so much again
Thanks :) Honestly mostly just use the default ones that come with marvelous designer, other than that i'll just search up on textures.com or google if I can't find something.
Very cool! Thanks for taking the time to create such a clearly explained, organized MD tutorial. Subscribed and looking forward to more from you! Meanwhile, will watch your earlier videos. Great stuff.
Bro could you do a video about your workflow between Daz - Mixamo - Mav - Blender? I've been trying different workflows but I haven't found one that works smooth so any tips would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks so much for this tutorial!! I've never done any type of graphic design or 3d modeling but I was able to easily follow along. So excited to learn more!!
i am facing a issue with simulation, i brought my model it was FBX file and then a pop comes i leave to default. after replicating the same as you did in the first chapter, my cloth was behaving weird it was wobling a lot, falling down suddenly and i wasn't smooth as yours was, infact i was coyied same settings, but my fabric length was different, for example your fabric lenght in mm in 2d line lenght is under 3000mm and it looks small in 2d window and 3d, but when i put same lenght my looks so big in the window, why??? plz reply
Learned so much with just 1 video. thank you! At 11:59 when I hit delete, it deletes the hole + internal shape and not keeping the shape like yours could anybody let me know how to do it properly?
Solid tutorial. Thank you for making this! One question, do you know if there's a way to invert the zoom in/out mousewheel controls? So used to the opposite with blender.
Thee latest version has the option to use different controls in the same way as some other 3d software. 3dsmax, maya etc. and you can also adjust it manually
Love the detail to this video! Can't wait to watch more. Can you design a lace garment with beading/ embroidery next video with updated MD? Also I'm curious what computer/ laptop you use? My macbook is too slow to render at this speed. Thank you again :) Look forward to your next videos
cant use this tutorial as it's ultimately tied to a purchase and you cant follow along if we need to pay for and download your package - this should be immediately disclosed at the beginning of the video -
"It's not like other 3D programs, where you learn one thing and then realize you need to learn 5 other things"
I felt this in my soul...

You can import the clothes in sims??? 😨😯
Can clothes be imported into video games? also works for "avakin life"?
@@miumikuhatsukoi5300 you can export your clothes as .obj, so you can use them in pretty much any 3d program or platform using 3d assets.
In games they need to allow it or mods
@@punda_cino9600you can download custom content for any sims game yes
The best Marvelous tutorial on the internet by far
I have to say it - you don't only have the knowledge but also the teaching talent, this really helped me get a head start in MD!
