How To Replace The Packing In A 4 Stroke Dirt Bike Silencer.

I show you how to repack a 4 stroke silencer , I will be using my Kayo K6-R 250 as the example...but it is basically the same process for most 4-stroke Dirt Bikes .

Wish I watched this video before starting the repack. Marking the can before removing is a must. What a pain to align if you don’t mark it. Nice video!

They are pretty much the same...just if it's 2 stroke or 4 stroke...you need to get the correct packing material.

Thank you for the video, hope this procedure also help making the exhaust less noisy, my bike is way too loud annoying really. the bike has two exhausts. Any ideas to make it quieter?

Can’t you just use a rivit gun and rivits instead of screws

Absolutely, I mentioned it in the video..screws just mske it easier to do it next time.
