Hiya, if I'm doing mainly tarmac driving but also driving in the countryside lanes all year round & plan on taking my vehicle off road a handful of times a year to begin with what sort of tyres would you recommend? I'm driving a Vitara Allgrip for reference. Should I just go with all season tyres or an entry level all terrain? Cheers.
In my opinion if you hitting any kind of off road / rough tracks you need an AT to keep you safe as you will be a fair way from home most of the time
ATs have lots of benefits from not only grip off road but harden rubber and protective side walls
If I can recommend a tyer to you it would be the Davanit Terratoura I run these on my D2 and have found them faultless
Dave in our group has a GV and had ATS and it’s gone everywhere the big trucks have gone with MTs
Road noise is something that can be a problem with going from NORMAL road tyers to ATs there will be a bit more noise from the tyers but they will not be as loud as MTs cheap brand ATs can have more noise so try go for something decent as if you don’t endless things I could go though and then you probably be better with normal road tyers
@@NORTHWEST4X4ADVENTURES that's excellent, thank you 👍
