As a step forward to achieving my dream of starting a food truck business, I decided to practice using a knife with apples🍎
I also made a pound cake at the end, and it was delicious.
It gave me a lot of energy to keep pulling rickshaw!

I initially thought the knife may be too big and heavy for peeling the apples. I usually pick a smaller one when dealing with small size fruit... But you did manage the big knife effectively. Really talented

I was concerned about the oversized knife; next time try to use a smaller, thinner one to peel the apples, that way the risk of cutting yourself is greatly reduced.

The knife that you used was way too big. Either get a peeler or a smaller knife. Then you won't be so fatigued. I love watching your videos. You always seem so happy.

It's nice to see you in your own video Yuka, i have seen you in the rickshaw videos. You seem very at ease and natural at presenting for your first time and the videos and your voice are very relaxing. We use much smaller knives in the UK to peel or cut fruit which makes it easier, but you did a good job with the big knife and the cake you made looked very tasty.

Nice job on the cake. I was in Asakusa in May during the Sanji Matsuri festival. All the Mikoshi shrines. Favourite place in Japan so far! Next time rickshaw ride with Yuma chan.😊

A smaller knife is what I've always used and seen other people use. It makes it easier to control the knife in my experience.

My wife uses lemon to keep her cut up apples and other fruits from browning. It works well. Fun to see you trying to learn new skills to improve your life. I loved my mother-in-laws apple pies unfortunately she did not share her recipe before she passed on. It wasnt super sweet.

A little advice, there's knives suitable for different tasks. To peel apples better to use smaller one.

I always peel the whole apple with a peeler and then remove the center with the peeler and then just simply slice the apple 😊 Yoisho ! ❤😊
