@@dgrdst5810 Just eat the appropriate calorie intake. The body doesnt care how special a meal is, so you can eat whatever, just keep the cal counts to the right portion.
I'm a truck driver and have been exercising body weight. Got dumbbells and due exercise with them I am ex marine have tried to stay fit. Got lazy now want to get fit again.

3 rounds! In 90 degree Michigan heat (which feels like a billion degrees) great arms workout! Your abs are looking very toned keep serving as an inspiration
i added 10x dumbbell curl and press at the end and going to try this for the next couple of months, starting with a low 2.5kg [i'm scrawny] my set goes up to 20kg so if i reach that goal of 20kg ill be very happy.

Are you having recovery days? Rest, go to the doctor if it doesn't go away, maybe you are overtraining, (don't worry about losing muscle while you rest, it takes 2-3 weeks to start loosing gains if I'm not mistaken

Yoooo, do you do each exercise a total of 3 rounds then move onto the next exercise or do each exercise after one another then repeat for a total of 3 'rounds' rather than 3 'sets' of each exercise?
Yeah it would. You can do full body workout if you want to but do it every alternate day (3 days per week). Your muscles need time to recover and grow. I personally suggest push pull legs split though

For my upper body day I do 3 sets of biceps, triceps, and back exercise, and 2 sets of Chest and shoulder exercise.
