Thank you for asking this Amit🙂 Firstly okiko platinum is way better food than optimum you fish was habitual of that food suddenly changing the foos will be not acceptable by any fish. In this case do not feed your fish to 1 Or 2 days and than start feeding the other pellet slowly he will accept it.

Can i combine a variety of fish food to feed my koi and goldfish so that they get a fully balanced nutrition? Can i feed dried anchovies to my koi for a good source of protein and to enhance growth and coloration? And if i can please can you explain how?

Yes you can feed tubifex worms but make sure you soak it in water and than give it your fish 🙂
