I never knew you can eat a cactus.
This young lady taught me many of things. After a hard day at work I look forward to sitting down having a beer watching Polin while I'm figuring out what to eat for dinner.. the videos are the perfect length the music is so relaxing. Her beauty makes the video that much better.. it's a nice way to relieve stress from hard day at work . I'm so glad I came across your channel thank you for videos keep them coming you're fan from Philadelphia Pennsylvania United States of America

There are many edible cactus in the world. Here, in Brazil, we have a lot of edible species. But only a few brasilians apreciate them.

In México we do eat lots of cactus that includes one just like the "Pedro Cactus" as well.
Some of the cactus are precooked, drain and then prepared into a dish.
English subtitles for the ingredients, please!

Some types of San Pedro are poisonous. Make sure you know that your's is a good one. Take a small sample first, eat it and if there are no bad effects after one day, eat a bit more. Wait another day and if there are still no bad effects, eat a small meal. If this is still okay, the cactus is good to eat.
