A new studio space is so exciting! I love seeing how you transform your workspaces so I'd love to see a full "warehouse renovation" series on the channel.
Drone racing! Inside and out! And mural collabs with all your pals! Only put up panels on the walls so the murals can be saved if you ever happen to move again. Also, skateboarding and scooters and all sorts of vehicles to drive around inside.
This is crazy! I got the keys to my new studio yesterday, after 4 long years of hardworking and I couldn’t be more grateful and blessed. Space is definitely a huge factor when it come to creativity and production, and it alows us to evolve as artists.
I’m very very happy for you TenHun and I can’t wait to see this new journey ahead of you!

you could paint cars and vans for van life people. you could do huge collabs with other artists for more 3D sculpting. it would be awesome to see your colour on fiberglass sculptures. or even your characters in huge 3D statue sized forms. WITH your touch of color.

That huge bay door is going to be such a god send for huge projects.
You could lay down a canvas the whole length of the room and let artists from other channels come paint a section of it. ( i would be up for that.)
So stoked for you and the crew man! If you needed additional storage outside, you should just get shipping containers... then you could tag them like the old mini shipping containers you did. Can't wait to see the updates!!!
i would say def invest in a decent security system for this place. Keep all your projects and gaming/recording stuff as safe as possible. Given the space an seemingly remoteness you can never be too sure with your stuff. Would be amazing to see the updates on the place and how everything gets set up!

Maybe use ‘rollable’ plantwalls as living partitions. So you can customize the spaces inside when needed and have some ‘life’ around you. Extra benefits: the plants will clean your air inside!! So it makes for a happy and healthy inside environment

This is INSANE and I'm so excited to watch you convert this space, so many possibilities! It would be amazing to convert an area in to bedrooms so that you can hold residential workshops!
You can build a paint room /booth with ventilation leading outside.
Also, A small guest house area for collaborating artists to stay when they visit would be cool.

I'd love to see lots of videos of you working on the spaces and decorating the walls. Lots of space for your incredible murals
Here's my suggest: 3.5 acres. Sculpture gallery. Literally outdoor large sculpture 'store'. Sculptors need this service. Split sales 40/60 with artist. Keep the work on grounds a couple of years until sold. I would do some homework on bronzes though since it can get stolen for copper value. I'm picturing abstracts, steel, enameled, multi medium pieces etc.
PLANTS!!! Inside plants, outside plants, plants for days! Good for oxygen and also visual vibes. Excited to see where you guys go with the new place.
Daaaaaang. This space is sweet. You've got space to have different types of art studios: large scale painting, sculpture, offices, etc. This is wild. I've been following you for years, and I'm so stoked for you guys! Good luck on your new endeavor!
WOW!! It's absolutely massive! It has so much potential but I know how exhausting and draining it can be to remodel a place. Take it a day at a time and plan what you're going to do first. Its going to be amazing.
I'll come to Michigan to play a disc golf course at the Ten Hun Complex! I bet many others would do the same
1. Use fire extinguisher with paint at the wall make a tag.
2. Flowers and plants as much as u can makes the place alive(inside and outside)

The extra space could maybe become a public creative studio? A space for different makers to come and work and maybe use supplies they don't normally have in their own maker space. Plus it could become a chance to collaborate with other artists if so inclined. Supplies can be expensive, but maybe asking for a donation to come work in the space will help offset some of it?
Wow! This is amazing! Just wanted to say that I wore my vivid kingdoms t-shirt for the first time the other day when I went to talk to a lady about painting her caravan! It made me feel like a real artist so thank you!

My husband and I are contractor my one word of advice for you would be if you hire someone put frame and do drywall for you make sure they are licensed insured, have references, pictures etc. Don’t make the mistake of going with cheapest bid. In construction cheaper is not always better.
Every headquarters building needs an ornamental statue. You should have like an 8 foot Hammerhood sculpt commissioned and paint it for a video then set that sucker near the door so its what welcomes people to the building.
With that much wall space you can have an annual mural/street art competition with tons of fresh art every year/season. So many opportunities for collaboration.
omg you should paint the floor a crazy painting... NEW IDEA AS I WATCH... the sliding door... you should do a mural where the wall is a person and the door is some part of a person that openes up... like hands or something
With all that land you could open it up to a group to do some community gardening and outdoor art production! Plant trees!
Congratulations on all of that!! You earned it! I would definetly try to fit in windows or a huge ceiling light to get more natural light. Also I would consider opening the huge door in the summer time while working. Idk how hot it gets where you live, but it might lift the mood on a sunny day. Another idea I personally would do, is use the height of the room: I would build an elevated lounge area that is super chill or cozy with some lights and plants hanging down from the platform. You could also put a small swing underneath. My inner child is going rougue right now
Edit: As a art project I would love one or two human sized ten hun statues, that are guarding your studio
I hope the entire building ends up wrapped in vibrant murals. At this scale, you could also bring in other artists, such as on residencies, giving them access to materials and space they wouldn’t otherwise have.
All you artist friends will definitely have to come thru and tag that place up. I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE THE MURALS THAT WILL GRACE THIS PLACE
Yo, go ask Austin (your architect pal) about framing out a partition wall :) you go probably work together to design something with a cool 3d geometric texture/planar pattern to it that could also help deaden sound a bit!

I'd figure out all the areas you want for yourself and your business. Set up security cameras and get insurance in the event of theft, fire etc. I'd actually rent out some areas within the shop for fellow artists to work on their projects, the $ they pay you to rent an area will offset renovation costs and investment costs. Host an art gallery, where locals can display their work, a percentage of the sales goes to you and covers expenses.
This would be great to start off with a mural competition with all your friends inside. Then you could hold art workshops/conventions there. You don't necessarily have to be the only teach (or even one) but a great space where other creatives can come in and teach others. If you have a bunch at one time, you have an artcon. Does anyone even do art conventions?

You could setup some small studio pods for starting content creators to rent.
Maybe in the distant future an in-house silkscreen studio for your merch.

Or like a gallery of all the originals that you have that people can come look at.
Or like UA-cam artist meet ups of like you and slew, and jazza maybe, doke, kiptoe, some etc. idk man there’s so many possibilities! I’m pumped for you, I was just telling my girl the other day that buying a warehouse literally like this is one of my pipe dreams lol. You have alot of wall space, what If you had a mega collab with all of your mural artist firends and people you admire. They could come in and do a piece on different sections of the warehouse. On the same note, if you want it to represent you more, you could do THE BIGGEST MURAL OF YOUR CAREER inside the warehouse that spreads a crossed all of your walls.
So exciting to see your new space! I have a wine fridge in my house and we use it to keep any drinks cold like seltzers, water bottles and sodas. Perfect place to keep drinks cold without taking up space in the normal fridge!

You should create an artist in residence program. You have plenty of room for RVs outside plus you get automatic 24 hour security. Im sure you would have a lineup if you took in 3 a month at 1k per artist. They pay.
You should do sure put a huge free wall, artists would love to stop by and paint!

The best idea for the networking is to setup 10GB networking as a minimum and get a local SAN setup inside a server room as this will allow you to edit 4k video and have the SAN drip feed the backup data into your cloud storage since I am DevOps Engineer this is my area of EXP and my suggestion to your self

Haha one thing i did not understand you said: i have been in a cave without windows for 2 years, then check this out: shows a hall without any windows... so.. you are making windows in it then? That would be awesome. Getting natural light is a good idea, because a lack of it can make you feel depressed. Very excited to see how it will turn out.
