Their computers probably have special tracking and security software/hardware on them, since they have sensitive information on them (embargos, etc) so they probably can't even use their own personal computers if they wanted to.
I think it was them saying Playstation has the exclusives to them games, early access etc. but with the elite controller it's better to play it on Xbox one. Xbox 360 was considered the home of FPS so it's them saying we are still supporting that idea
