Virabhadrasana and its variation
Virabhadrasana is a standing yoga pose named after a mythological Hindu warrior, Virabhadra. An incarnation of the god Shiva, Virabhadra was fierce and powerful, with a thousand arms and hair and eyes of fire. Warrior I transforms the intensity of this deity into a pose that builds focus, power, and stability.

Warrior poses are essential for building strength and stamina in yoga practice. They give us confidence and stretch the hips and thighs while building strength in the entire lower body and core.
The Warrior Poses and its variation is a gentle backbend; and a great pose for stretching open the front body (quads, hip flexors, psoas) while strengthening the legs, hips, buttocks, core and upper body.

Thank you Madam ❤❤❤
Looks complicated .. to do without a yoga instructor in person
Yes. One needs to develop arm strength before attempting it.
And yes, yoga instructor is a must
I can go straight into the pose of the sage Vasistha and all the Warriors poses without any problem, but I guess the preliminaries to build-up strength are necessary for those who don't have the required stamina yet. But to go through everything as one sequence to culminate in Vasisthasana like Sanjana does, this is far beyond normal capabilities. She is tough and gracious.
What I learned from Dhivya is to cool down into the child's pose after the warrior pose and not to go immediately into some other power stuff.
Thanks mam🙏👍🏻
