This is what we're doing at Mule Kicker BBQ in Warrensburg, MO. He has a broader menu and we don't do fries! I feel his pain about that. When we were doing research for the restaurant, every Texas BBQ proprietor said they didn't want to wait on the fryer. I can't wait to try Brad's version of Texas BBQ. Banana pudding is a staple on our menu, too. Also can't wait for Daniel Vaughn (and Kevin Kelly) to visit.
