going to try this. Gray with a yellow tail works really well in utah on the Provo River. The fish here are way over fished and extremely hook shy. You'll be lucky to catch more than 1 fish an hour.
That light is crazy expensive considering a) you do not know what the NM is of the light, is it 365? 395? 405? b) there are dozens of equally good lights on Amazon for ~20 bucks. I have 3 that I bought off amazon 1 of which was 30 dollars and is far brighter, battery seems to last longer, and it cures just as good. BUT I have my eye on the Loon Plasma light for 100 bucks. Fly Fish Food is doing a in store promotion; spend 100, get a 20 dollar gift card. Seems like a decent light....yeah I have a problem lol. Spending money like its never going to end. Love fly tying and fishing!
@@troutstrike it amazed me how fast the non rechargeable ones went through batteries! I swear 3 days of light use --as in ~20 flies a day and the batteries would be mostly dead! Best thing I did was get the rechargeable one...except the kids have lost it so now I'm looking to buy a replacement. I'm not above spending the money, just want to know what I'm getting. Also what is the 100 dollar "plasma" light all about?
Nice and thin perdigon. I like the blue and black ribbing.👍
Thanks for watching and commenting! Tight lines!
Another nice tie! Thanks for all of your content, I really enjoy your channel.
Thanks, Jeff! I appreciate the feedback. Thank you for watching!

Never fished in Utah. I love perdigons because the combinations are endless.
Nice. Thanks.
Love it!
Are you planning on putting this fly up for sale on your site? I would love to add this one to my box.
Let me know if you want some. I don’t have them listed yet. I’d be happy to do a custom order for you.
What brand hook is that?
I think that one was a fire stick hole

I’ve been thru a few different lights. This is the first rechargeable one. I’m really happy with it.

I'd take some fingernail clippers and give that brush a hair cut =)
LOL. It’s in bad shape! I rarely use the brush!
