She's not telling you the synonyms. She's just pointing out alternatives. These are sentence connectors and even if some are synonymous and some are not, you can still use them interchangeably. I don’t think on top of that is a very good switch. It works, but it loses the affect as it switches to colloquialism. Henceforth is also a bit here and there, not really a synonym, similar enough to make sense, but not similar enough to be considered a synonym from my point of view.

I think everything else is fine except for “In my opinion” When I was in high school and took AP literature, it was engraved in my memory of the teacher in class telling everyone to never write “In my opinion” especially depending on the type of essay written that is evidence based, your opinion does not count. Everything else is fine though
