It is really appreciated when gifted athletes share their experiences with us , I liked this video Claire , the interviews are very informative and helpful for any ultra distance runner .
Hey, I live in Canada and while I was picking up a gift at Indigo for my son’s friend’s birthday I thought I’d quickly see what books were in the running section. Sadly, the selection was small and abysmal-except for your book! I took it as a sign from God and picked it up for myself. 😜I’m sure it will help me on my second ever trail race on Saturday! (Just 10 km, but still)
@@wildgingerruns, thanks! And sorry about all the typos in there (fixed them now)! Between auto correct and my large thumbs, I’m surprised you were able to make out what I was saying! My race is 10 km and my goal is to enjoy every minute of it!
Really good stuff. I'm finding out that hiking hilly terrain 10-12 miles 1500-2000 ft elevation gain helps my trail running significantly. At 62, I'm training for my first half marathon (trail).
Wow Jeff that is great training indeed. Here's a first half marathon training info and plan from my channel too, hope it helps you out! ua-cam.com/video/yGVnRZ3R8HE/v-deo.html
