THE FLOOR Improv Night is a one-of-a-kind experience where dancers and musicians of all backgrounds come together for a live, improvised collaboration, creating undeniable energy and unforgettable experiences!
Every 3rd Monday of each month, we will pop up in different cool locations throughout LA, so come explore with us!
THE 10:05 IMPROV MASH-UP jump starts the concept of
The Floor Improv Night with a featured musician and dancer of different genres initiating an artistic conversation with each other, promoting the art of improvisation through a unique, unrehearsed collaboration that hightlights the incredible variety of artists and cultures that exist in Los Angeles! The Floor then opens up for everyone to join the jam, lead by guest musical directors each month and complemented by DJ UnieQ and the Club Bullies. We encourage more musicians, dancers and vocalists to participate throughout the night to explore and express freely with us!
THE FLOOR Improv Night is now a monthly fundraiser for The Open Floor Society, a 501(c)(3) non-profit whose mission is to engage underserved youth in the art of improvisation to encourage self-empowerment through movement, dance and music, fostered by a multicultural artistic community.
