What about Koreatowne? Where is our story, innocent shopowners who couldn't do anything...
Thats the thing brother. They pretty much said you are on your own.
USKOR2004 They are not European so they do not count it seems here
@@matthewmann8969
That doesn't make any sense. Black people aren't European either.
We Asians really need to stick together. Blacks have Democrats, Whites have Republicans and we have nobody in Washington to support us. Need to own assault guns and rifles if such things happen again. I am very sorry if your families were hurt during those bad times
Korea Town story is not good for the new$ agencie$... When black people attack innocent minorities, its not attractive news for them.
my condolences to the brave Asian Americans who defended their life work.
😁🤣🤣🤣🤣
Blacknpeople are awful. Outraged over 1 black guy beaten by white guys who was on pcp and out on parole for beating his wife and armed robbery. Goes on a 20 minute freewya chase 2 other guys in kings car. ( black. ) surrendered with out incident.
King. High on pcp attacked cops. Fight ensue for 7 mins. Throwing cops like dolls. Gets pin downed subdued and cuffed. Breaks the cuffs in his pcp rage.
Fight goes on for minutes more. Cops debate on shooting him. They opt for batons.
The public saw 4 mins out of 15 mins. 99% of people don’t even realize there were two other passengers.
20 years later king drowned in his pool in a pcp overdose.
@@yoursisesthermeya BLM thugs 🤡🤪
Just because there is misunderstandings it doesn't mean you have to take it out on the ppl who are innocent that has nothing to do with the situation.
Weren't there riots with destruction when a certain team didn't win the NFL Super Bowl? Kinda like what you're advocating against.
@@Rainn420 which one?
@@Rainn420 What's your point? are you trying to put words in their mouth with your rhetorical-questions? Because that's what it sounds like. What does any other riot have to do with this one? When you did you see anyone condoning any rioting? shut up, hypocrite.
2020 Minneapolis riots ?
Basically
Pretty much
Not even close 😂
i was on my phone i looked up i was like wait i wanna watch La riots not minniapolis. like there both the same
its called a protest. know the difference. people condemn looting here.
The same thing is happening in Minneapolis.
History repeats itself
USA number 1
Not even close to the same
The same happening everywhere right now.
Funny, it's viewed as such a great thing here on CBS. I happen to remember thousands of Korean business owners having their lives destroyed but OK.
Stfu
Just because there is wrong doing by an individual it doesn't mean you have to take it out on the ppl who are innocent that has nothing to do with the situation.
0:39 that sh*t is messed up..
Racist blacks
Violence won’t change anything.
Biggest victim was korea town. But No one could care less
No it was not the biggest victim was Latasha Harlins
Thats why they stood up for themselves.
@@lamontbiddle522 the thief who fought and then tied to flee with stolen good? No please
Black people attacking innocent minorities is not good for the new$ agenda
@@lamontbiddle522 Oh yes, so just because one Korean out of a minority group murdered a young girl, you're going to loot, riot, and burn down innocent Korean businesses and stores? Not just that but massive assault too, and at the end of the riots, 63 people died in just 6 days, and let's not forget the biggest victim was Koreatown.
Imagine: this happened after a man was beaten. Now picture what's gonna happen after a man is killed. Scary times guys. Stay Strong ya'll but remember with Corona and the everything crazy in 2020, the most important thing is to love and survive.
this didnt happen after a man was beaten, this happened after the officers were acquitted on the charges that were brought on them for their despicable actions, massive differences between then and now
Actually, what they suppressed is a young, black girl who was shot in the back of the head; her killer (a Korean woman) given a slap on the wrist by the judge who was only imposing probation.
@@arlenem.6469 Yeah the fake news spun that into racism too; but the store owner just got assaulted and the perpetrator wasn't leaving so she was still a threat. The woman was justified in the shooting. If not; the videos would show where the assaulting hypocrite was when she was shot. They always overplay their hand....
And the community isn't getting those jobs
Now we in 2020 like 👁👄👁
I AM PAINFUL AND MY TEARS ARE BREAKING DOWN! I AM SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOST! MAY GOD FILL YOUR PAIN AND REBUILD YOUR BUSINESSES!

I AM PAINFUL AND MY TEARS ARE BREAKING DOWN!
Don't worry, most of the rioters, the looters, the arsonists, and the assaulters have been arrested and charged and sentenced to prison.
The reputation of the lapd during the 80s was when the mayor was tomas bradley ,blackman and former cop
I been through that. Terrible time, I was attacked. Affects me to this day....
I feel for you...I was only 2 years old...
Martin Luther King died 52 years ago

So sad that such destruction! No acception!

Didn’t change anything
Where were the tough guy cops who were acquitted? They should've been down there doing their job.
History repeats itself.
I don’t feel bad for anybody this could’ve been avoided, but they brought it upon themselves
Who’s here after George Floyd
ME - I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!!
me!! Minneapolis is rioting just like this. or at least pretty close...this is gonna be in history books
History repeats itself once again
Just watched a documentary on this and it proves to me what I already knew to begin with.. no point 🙂

It was okay to riot in Hong Kong and not okay in LA? Disagreed to leaders encouraging riots in HK, LA or KL. We need someone responsible for good governance and social security for all people regardless of race and religion.
The Coronavirus Riots of 2020!
Shut up!
Wouldn't be surprised if it happened with Garcetti in charge
What was King crying about? He had no business that was torched. Ridiculous.
