I feel like enough people don't want to or fear changing doctors. It's totally OK to switch. Don't give your money to people who don't want to help you.

The bad breath one: it can be tonsil stones. Other possibility is diabetes, though that one is a very distinct smell vs general bad breath.

I haven't seen it in a while but I used to see bright lights shining in my eyes while trying to sleep occasionally. So glad it went away

In Canada yearly Dr. Exams are not a thing. I didnt see my Dr for over 10 years, then made an appointment for just a check up. The Dr ripped me a new one and was super angry for wasting the Drs time, and wasting healthcare dollars. Never went back (2011) ,been 12 years now.

Op sick on weekends take up gym at weekends then sick less iften as that can be your work. Also look into white blood cell count and cut down and sugar have less than 50g you should be golden.
