It's really good for making UA-cam podcasts easier to rewatch as people can choose to jump to specific sections which could turn into more views and watch minutes thanks to people coming back to hear a specific part again. It also just boosts the quality of life for your viewers. I think you should have that done for your videos as well from whoever you have that posts them.
