I was ready to order one rite up till the point they told me that it would be late 2024 before I could get one and it would cost $19,000.00 for a truck bed. That's 4x what I paid for my c&m bed
I dont even own a camper but if i did you would definitely be the one i call to square everything away , you did a build a a ram 5500 with a host mammoth that was super sweet
Really cool and thought-filled design. Thanks for sharing. I spied this on Down2mobs channel: show coverage, where he complimented your truck and this bed.
Looks great and seems to be a great product. I'm sure it will be very helpful in making the 'wheel well' space accessible if you're sticking with a slide-in as opposed to a flatbed. I was hoping to see some more details on the design and construction.
What did you do with the original truck bed and tailgate? It looks like you have a Buck Stop front bumper, did you have that installed at the same time?
The OEM truck bed and tailgate are listed for sale at the SherpTek factory. I’ve had a steel Buckstop front bumper for years but had it swapped out for an aluminum one after the SherpTek install at the Buckstop factory.
We had our utility truck bed and we needed a camper to fit it we got in touch with RV Drifter Direct man's name is John and he built me a truck bed camper that would fit down in my utility bed it is the best thing since sliced bread you have all the utility boxes to carry tools supplies even my generator I see what this man's done but if you do have a utility bed get in touch with RV Drifter and talk to John he's located in Indiana PA I'm sorry the state of Indiana we've used ours and then out through Colorado Arizona Texas and back home to Pennsylvania and it's just work great thank you
The person you interviewed is the CEO. The way he talks it's no wonder he knows how to make anything. If it wouldn't be for you telling him what talk about he would be lost. Very poor interview on his part.
Always interesting to see people rich enough to afford a sherptek bed. The price they quoted me, I could buy a whole other truck
I don't have a truck camper, but looks like a sweet bed regardless!

I like the way the tiedowns are are integrated into the boxes 👍.
Looks like a very well designed truck bed and camper.

Thanks, Steve. What’s great about the SherpTek design is that the flank storage areas are accessible either inside or outside the camper.
@@mellomike1962 it would be cool to see that, how inside accessibility improves camper ergonomics.
I like the truck bed works for a camper and also use it for a work truck
Ryan, can your beds work with long bed, 1 ton, dually trucks?
Yes!
Did you purchase this?
Yes!
