Why are you using a freestyle board? Seems an illogical choice for general blasting around.
Or are you shooting these videos between personal freestyle-training sessions?

Could you talk a bit more about relative weighting between front and back foot with different winddirection and strength please.
Also whether you bend at the waist to sit down into harness or extend body more straight and outboard to lever down on the hips.
In lulls do you try to unweight the feet by sitting down and forward into harness or use arms to pull weight down through boom into mastfoot?

Let me give you a hint: switch to a more broad reach course, shift your weight slightly to the front foot to avoid sinking the tail of the board (or in worse cases, pull your back foot of the strap and place it just in front of the strap to help keeping the board flat), and a good option is to surf a piece of chop or swell to keep your momentum going a bit longer until you hit another gust. Good luck!
