I actually followed along with this and I have a few things to say. First of all it is gorgeous and I was able to replicate it exactly with your guidance. And second, holy crap is this thing large! You seriously don't get a true sense of scale while you watch the video, but when you actually build it you're thinking to yourself "This can't possibly be right?" but it is.
Its really so rare to see some minecraft players that do houses and structures like this from now on haha, i feel lucky that i found you WBC , be proud ,your good
Hahaha, well my logic here was I wasn't sure how Icey the cattle grid was on the road next to the gate, so I took the safe bet and went across the frozen mud instead
I'm obsessed with this house and I didn't know about Harrie's video. I watched it and I really liked it, because in addition to the house, she also made the rooms and changed the outside!
Do i see, STRIPPED BIRCH, In all seriousness though, i'm very happy someone made this, been seeing it all over pinterest and you did a smashing job with it, keep up the great work :)
What a beautiful area. I haven't been to the New Forest since I was a child. It was interesting to see the side by side of the photograph and the build. I don't think I've heard about the debug stick before. I look forward to trying it. :) Thanks for the tip! 😊
Hey, I like ur creations a lot. And i am using them as inspirations in my survival world. I would love to see you building a french Château and maybe even doing a tutorial like the victorian villa ?! Greetings from germany 👍🏻
wow your vids has given me inspiration to continue my victorian era town i built. i named it collinston, and labelled ''finished'' though it could have expanded more and there are afew plots with no buildings love your work i really need some tips from your vids
Perhaps the monster spawner would be better for the cattle grid? Not perfect, but easier to walk on 😅 otherwise, this is beautiful, well executed and very reminiscent to the original, thanks for giving us the background on the arch too!
For the bay window, I was thinking a 2 wide front could work if there were a column of trapdoors in front side-by-side, giving that thin middle column appearance with the glass behind it. I love seeing these build design videos.
You should add a few more grass and coarse dirt blocks in the driveway to replace the path blocks to really make it seem like it’s only being used by carts and horses. Also as you said I think you should bring the undercover roof down one block. You should follow up with an interior video as well, that would be so cool, I’d love to see my suggestions included as well 😀 great build as always
Love your builds. I just found your site recently and am really enjoying your tutorials. Does your texture pack mentioned for download work for Xbox or is there somewhere else to obtain that for Xbox One S? I have searched the Minecraft store from Xbox but am not able to find anything similar. Thanks.
Yo u should build Karnaca or Dunwall from dishonored 2. They have a lot of cool buildings that are mixtures of medieval, baroque, and victorian styles.
I've a request... Could you please build a victorian orphanage or mannor. This could be from a photo or imagination or whatever floats your boat! BTW beautiful builds! 😊
I just recently discorvered you on youtube and insta and i am loving everything from the building style and the calmness of your videos. You lit the fire in my creative building creativity. But to take my builds to the next level i am missing the trees. My custom trees suck and i was wondering how one would get their hands on those schematics? I couldn"t find them in the discord.
Do you take request? There’s a really pretty garden in Oklahoma City called the myriad gardens, I tried building it myself but it’s such a hard thing to build.
that back section should definitely not be slab roof, looks whacky wide. Simple stairs should give you plenty of options, you can make nice dutch facade with single block roofs. Greetings, dutch minecrafter
This is the most random specific cool channel
Im not going to ruin the 69
@@Wasbever_14 it was ruined :/
I just love the fact that you actually went there again for this series
I’m setting myself for eventually getting on a plane and flying to my next build 😂
@@WBCBuilds I am rooting for it :')
The building starts to look good after 0:00
I thought it already looked great at -0:01
The architecture is 👌🏻 the recreation is 👌🏻🔥
I passed this building many times as a kid, you’ve done a great recreation.🔥 Brockenhurst is a great place for this kinda stuff.😊
It really is! I'll be doing a let's build on the whole village later this year

i feel lucky that i found you WBC , be proud ,your good
this is an absolutely beautiful build :o
However, we all know that it’s definitely an excuse to build another stately home 😂
👀👀 haha what makes you say that
true. i mean, you can't build a gatehouse without the main house after lol
Blown away, never seen a build broke down thus way.
0:52 is the most British thing I’ve seen in a while. Can walk right over the right side but still opens up the gate like a gent.
Hahaha, well my logic here was I wasn't sure how Icey the cattle grid was on the road next to the gate, so I took the safe bet and went across the frozen mud instead
Another youtuber (harrie) built the same gatehouse in the sims4, and it's so cool to see how different people interpret it for different games!!
I'm obsessed with this house and I didn't know about Harrie's video. I watched it and I really liked it, because in addition to the house, she also made the rooms and changed the outside!
DUDE I JUST REMEBERED UR CHANNEL CAUSE I WATCHED THIS VIDEO AGES AGO AND TODAY I GOT LOST ON MY BIKE RIDE AND I FOUNG THIS GATE IRL LMAO
Do i see, STRIPPED BIRCH, In all seriousness though, i'm very happy someone made this, been seeing it all over pinterest and you did a smashing job with it, keep up the great work :)
just found my new favourite minecraft builder channel
Wow, it would be really great if you were doing this kind of IRL buildings recreations in Build the Earth project.
Obsessed with this gatehouse!! Great rendition!
This is a really pleasant watch. Thank you! No shouting, no 2million jump cuts just a really nice video :D
Glad you enjoyed! I'm actually working on another one in this series now
really interesting building WBC. I love the way it turned out. It definitely spurred me on to walk around my area to find inspiration.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I actually tried building this last year, you put me to utter shame. I didnt have the references you did, so this is amazing
I used to live in Lymington and i used to be here all the time and seeing it recreated so well is amazing!
Thank you!
This is such a well formatted video! I really loved that you actually went to the build itself to get more details about it. Thanks for the vid!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I’m am completely chocked about this beauty! Wonderful work!
Thank you so much!
This is such quality content. Mark my words... you're gonna blow up! Keep up the great work.

Looks so good, I love your builds
Me too
Me too
I’m glad there are less timelapses because we get to see how you actually build :D
Well this idea of this series is to show off my thought process so it's not as sped up as a time lapse.

This translated really well into Minecraft! Wow

I wish there was a way I could double-like the video. Amazing.
Wow, thank you!
Great video. Amazing how much detail you put into your builds including your explanations
Thank you very much!
Its awesome! You have to build the mansion that was before the modern one. There are many photos on Google. Please do it!
I will be! That's all going to be part of a lets build series I'll have going for the whole village
I wonder how good it would look with a Second Empire makeover, neat stuff as always
Imagine if the owner of that property sees this video.. that'll be fun
Saw this on reddit great build
Thank you!
That really looking very astonishing , Thanks .
They build amazing builds.
I wonder why the stove bites when I touch it
This is perfect my friend....
One word amazing .

Wow I’d love to take a walk in that forest
PLEASE PLEASE do more tutorials dude! I love your stuff

It's on my ever growing list of places to build haha
Love the build and your textur pack 👍❤️
I want to live there so bad
Just like “oh this? This is my house”
Learn how to build cool buildings in Minecraft and some history too. Awesome!
Waddesdon manor would be cool to build?
Came for the Minecraft tutorial, stayed for the History lesson!
Perfect! Nothing to add to that, really!
Thank you!
wow your amazing at building you deserve 50x views
This reminds me of the oldschool GoodTimesWithScar vids! He just does Hermitcraft stuff now. Rip.
love this series
Yo u should build Karnaca or Dunwall from dishonored 2. They have a lot of cool buildings that are mixtures of medieval, baroque, and victorian styles.
It honestly makes me sad that they got rid of the original house. I'm immediately disgusted when people do that. They should be protected more
This is like a pro builder. too bad he has only got 23k subs. he deserves much more!
This looks better in minecraft then real life
You should definitely rebuild the main house too. Shame it was demolished. It can live again in Minecraft!
I will do
@@WBCBuilds Excellent! I’ll be looking forward to seeing it :)
This is so SICK!
You should check out a mod called something like Chisel and bits, makes it a lot easier to make detailed builds :)
Where is the other half😂
Looks amazing
Maybe you could retexture chiseled sandstone to get those flowery parts above the gate
Such a magnificent build🤩
Thank you!
I've a request...
Could you please build a victorian orphanage or mannor.

you should do the salisbury cathedral
You should build the sowley gate house once
Do you take request? There’s a really pretty garden in Oklahoma City called the myriad gardens, I tried building it myself but it’s such a hard thing to build.
You should do an inspired build of the Chateau De Versailles
Unfortunately that palace doesn’t inspire me

Could you try to do the Fulton Mansion in Rockport, Texas? It's a very pretty Victorian house
Yes! I think I could give that one a go
