- Recently RadarOnline.com posted an article alleging a 'source' has spoken to them regarding the state of ABC's 'The View' host Sunny Hostin's marriage. Recently, her doctor husband, Emmanuel Hostin, was named in a federal civil rico lawsuit for insurance fraud.

Who are you and what is your name?
My name is Sis & I'm a podcaster who loves ABC's 'The View'. I consider myself an OG ViewER! Due to safety concerns on the internet, I do not share much about my my personal life anymore and I ask that others respect this. I'm against the cult of personality & the promotion of self. I have no desire to "make a name" for myself. That's odd in this day & time of social media influencers I know, because most strive for this. Too many folks make themselves the center of attention instead of helping others first & allowing the information they share be the focus of folk's attention. Many crave applause, acceptance, & "fans & followers". I believe in letting the information take center stage, not my likeness or personality.

My youtube channel is the host to my program. However, I do make on camera appearances from time to time & have many times in the past- as this is how my channel started, with me on camera talking about The View. Just as I can't see you , it should be okay that the same applies. However, if not being able to see me is upsetting to you, the only suggestion is to discontinue listening to the podcast.
What is this, where are the pictures or vids?
The Podcast is a talk radio program. Generally speaking , there aren't any pictures or vids. It is made for busy professionals like the host. To have the best listening experience, place your device down and multi-task or minimize the podcast on your cell and continue doing whatever you need to do as you have the host's voice going in the background. Your hands and eyes are free!

I disagree that Sunny isn’t part of what her husband did. Here’s why-she inserted herself into his job by bringing it up on the show. She can’t pick and choose when to defend his practice. You take the good with the bad-that’s just the reality.

Also I really want to see the evidence against her husband before I make a real judgement. I’m a nurse that works in the health insurance industry. I deal with doctors all the time, they are so far removed from billing practices especially these days. This system of ours is so chopped up it is so hard to follow.

As a man, I can tell you that if my partner talked about me and our relationship the way she does her husband and theirs, I would be pissed. If her positive statements about him were true, her other comments on him and them would be very disrespectful. If it's fake? Then her comments could be construed by him as a kind of public revenge against him. Either way, I'd be mad. If men talked about their partners 19:38 and marriages the way she has talked about hers, they would be dragged until they were dead. She has been celebrated instead. I dont know if he's guilty of insurance fraud, or of cheating, or just being a bad husband. If he is a decent guy, id say he deserves better. If not, then he'll have to deal with the consequences. So will she.

My opinion : when you
hold yourself up so sanctimoniously like you have a perfect marriage, life, etc it usually signifies red flags. Her hatred is so obsessive toward President Trump and his family …that kind of hatred comes back to bite you. I also noticed she was flirtatious and I thought, again my opinion, if so happy why is she so flirtatious? Was she trying to make her husband jealous and why??? I do not see her as a celebrity …

Sunny is a charlatan in my opinion. She would be insufferable to live with and it’s normal for couples to have issues when they become empty nesters.

She always says she is a devout Catholic, I don't think she will divorce regardless. I agree, you're not responsible for your spouse's actions, so I'm not sure why she spoke out about the lawsuit prematurely.

If allegedly the Radar story is true I wouldn’t be surprised. Sunny’s open bragging and discussion about her marriage has always been a trait which never sat well with me. When in the public eye you should do the opposite. Nothing is guaranteed in life. So acting or putting on a pseudo can come back to bite you in the face. I’m a married woman around the same age as Sunny. In my experience the more public, animated and gregarious the couple are in public the more dysfunctional in dynamic they are behind closed doors.

I feel like Sunny is being smart by not mentioning it in air due to it is an ongoing case and ANYthing she would decide to say would maybe make it into the courtroom. She doesn’t need to make a statement on it, now atleast.

According to how big this lawsuit is it will not surprise me if they divorce. Legally, if they are married and her husband loses the lawsuit, and it is a huge loss and take all his financial assets to pay the defendants. If Sonny is married to him, she could lose everything as well. If she gets out and divorces before the lawsuit comes to an end that may be the best way for her to protect her assets.
Sunny knew what her husband was up to with his shady practice. She lives with him. Let's not be naive.

Sunny definitely said that he had to sue the insurance companies when the patient had no insurance. They were discussing it the day that the United Care man was murdered. That is all I know, but she did state that.

Some divorces are about business not love. I wish them all the best too many people can’t wait to get married but do not do the work to stay married. Marriage is work all day every day and is not for the faint of heart. Most probably shouldn’t do it because it’s a process of bending together so that you don’t break apart but that entails giving up some things/ ideas/ even people and prioritizing the marriage at all times. There is no easy fix but to people must be radically sold out for one another and their relationship. Greed/ selfishness/ single mindedness are very destructive. Good luck to Sunny and her family.
A lawyer marrying a surgeon makes for some damn good optics. Projecting the ultimate real life Huxable lifestyle. Sunny’s perfect facade with the gig on the view and writing those novels puts her in a place for scrutiny especially when she spews such judgement on other people’s partnerships. Sister girl can take a pay out of the Wendy Williams playbook a use it s a cautionary tale of how to tread n the limelight.
While I get that being a public figure intensifies any challenges we all experience, in a marriage you just have to weather all the storms together🙏🏽. Really make that intension that we will get through this 🙏🏽. Having said that, the charges are quite serious & if he gets convicted of a white collar crime and/or loses his medical license & practice and it gets splashed all over everywhere, Sunny must maintain her sunny disposition & stand by her man. Sunny does stand on morals and values so I would not be surprised if he turned out to be guilty I think you'll be a trial separation and try to work through it but I think definitely some type of temporary separation
I dont think they will divorce.. they might try counseling..they dont have a prenup they gonna try all they can to work it out..

I have to disagree with a spouse not being responsible for their spouse's action, unless Canada is different. If my husband of 49 years were to be sued, everything I owned, would be taken to pay if he lost in court. btw, someone on that show knows Sunny's secrets, Joy who travels with her and seems to be her advisor,😊

I think everyone pretends and put their best foot forward when out in the world. Not many will come into work and tell everyone my life or marriage sucks. Truthfully, we don't know how well any of their marriages are. Everything that all of them do, can put a strain on a marriage. I often wonder how well Ana's marriage could be when she travels so much. Or Alyssa's marriage, how well are they doing as infertility can be a strain on a marriage. There have been rumors about Sarah's marriage. I just think these ladies go through the same things that others go through. Its just that they are in this fish bowl for the world to see.
