Yay! Dr. Keith is back and I love seeing the two of you together. Greatly appreciate his willingness to get in front of the camera again - even if he says it sucks. Ha! Dr. Becky, your videos are appreciated as well and always full of helpful info. Hope to see the two of you a lot in 2023!
I'm trying to go sugar free but so far I'm still have a drop of honey in my tea but I have a chunky smoothie with nuts spinach a few blue berries. P.s. I wish I can find a woman that looks at me the way she looks at him. Pure love there. Keep it up.
So glad to see Dr. Keith! I hope he realizes how much we all care about both of you and it is very heartwarming to see him, as well as how it concerned us to know what you had to go through. This is a day of celebration 🎊
Wow. I love your videos both for the information you provide as well as your calm demeanor. Seeing Dr. Keith again after his long absence was a wonderful gift for 2023. I hope you both have felt the collective prayers and hugs of your viewers.
Thanks for this. To be honest so many presenters of these sort of videos have an awfully annoying delivery. You are a pleasure to watch and listen to. Very calming, soothing and genuine delivery
I'm in my first week of no sugar and to be honest I'm not really missing it but it is amazing how many things have sugar in them. I'm not doing this cold turkey, moderation is the best and I'm not guilt tripping myself either. My husband's birthday is coming up and I'm making him a carrot cake and having some lol.
It’s so good to see Dr. Keith back and doing well. Both of you were instrumental in my getting started on a low carb/keto way of life that has resulted in a weight loss of 70 lbs. May God continue to bless you with good health and success as you work to lead people in a healthier way of life. ❤
Oh my goodness! Dr. Keith, you are looking good! Thank you, Lord for answering our prayers for his healing. Excited to hear more from Dr. Keith. Welcome back!
It’s so wonderful to see your husband again. My husband and I used to watch your videos all the time. We love the back and forth dynamic and have missed Dr. Keith a lot.
Always love your videos, but this one is special with the long-awaited appearance of Dr. Keith. What a great way to start the new year! So thankful he is doing well.
What a sweet surprise! Dr. Keith is so nice to see you again. The two of you are quite a pleasure to listen to. That AirBNB looks amazing. Might have to check it out. Hubby and I love BNB's.

What a wonderful treat to see Kieth doing so well!! I discovered you guys at the beginning of Kieth’s weight loss journey. I have not been quite as successful as Keith but have managed to loose 30lbs thanks solely to you guys being in my daily life. A bit of imaginary friend accountability! I can’t thank you enough. I am certain if it wasn’t for the two of you I would certainly be a full blown diabetic by now!! Keep up the good work!
Dr. Becky, I know you're right about sugar being an addictive substance. I am about to go through withdrawal (again) as I clean out the fridge and pantry post-holiday. Wonderful to see you and Keith as a couple in a relaxed setting. Beautiful home! Happy New Year!
Great content and presentation, as usual. And such a wonderful “guest appearance “ from Dr. Keith! I teared up… Love you both and thankful for wise, kindhearted, no-fluff guidance in an often chaotic world. Thank you ❤️
Great to see you, Keith & Becky! I lived for 4 years in Bedford PA, not too far west of y'all, on the Lincoln Highway! Love that part of the world! Would be great to get back to that part of God's country, for a visit!
My mom found RS candy tasted good but made her run to bathroom. My doc said too much diet coke wasn't good for my bones so I had to cut out (back started getting worse)I did wean off Splenda slowly and using regular sugar just on rare occasions (1 t) in tea or coffee. I do appreciate all the advice and you helped me a ton the last 16 months. LOVE the home, just love it, but I know the upkeep isn't easy. So glad you got to stay there.
What a great surprise to see Dr. Keith back! And Dr. Becky absolutely glowed while he was on.... such a great sight to see you both. Prayers for continued success in all you do.
Wow! Talking about timing! I was thinking of you two during the night last night while unable to sleep and wondering how Keith was doing! I have gotten really slack about watching my carbs and eliminating sugar so a few pounds have crept back on. 😬 Therefore, while I was awake, I decided to binge-watch your last several videos today to help motivate me and get myself back on track. Then, lo and behold, this video popped up in my suggested videos this morning. Just, WOW! Thank you so much for all the great content AND for giving us an update and sneak peek of Keith. So thankful that he is still doing well! 🙌🏻
Wonderful video 👏👏👏 👍. It was the 2 of you who put me on the Keto “journey” in Jan. 2018. I was super-ready mentally (biggest deal for me), so I gave up sugar cold Turkey & it didn’t phase me. I sailed through the new eating lifestyle & by May had lost an incredible 47#. Sadly, my success story ended in late 2020 …I learned that I remain an emotional eater & had suffered the loss of 5 people whom I was very close to. The first of those losses was my oldest daughter who was 55yrs.old. Like so many others, instead of turning to tranquilizers or alcohol … I headed straight for the decadent foods. It was like I couldn’t WAIT to pack the weight back on. So! Here it is…a new January in a new year. I feel really crummy & know it’s because I’m eating wrong. Going to go back & try to find your early videos to help me along: Fingers crossed. Delighted to see Dr. Keith. Only one missing from the old day’s videos is your sweet old dog who I remember so well💞
Well, I'm a little late to the table ..........but I am SO happy to see Keith. I always wonder how he is doing and am so glad he is willing to make an occasional appearance! This made me so haPPY!
Wonderful to hear the continuing positive benefits of keeping sugar out of our diets. It feels great. Also, thanks for Dr Keith stepping up and sharing with the group. It is great to see him. Thanks for sharing. ❤
Well, I'm out of funds until pay day, which means a week of quitting diet pop cold turkey. haha. It is so exciting to see Dr. Keith! I literally raised my arms in triumph. Congratulations on your recovery and best wishes for the coming year. I look forward to your plans for showing what other people are up to. Gotta keep those creative juices flowing, right? Thanks for another helpful and professional video.
I haven't been watching for a while. Soglad I did this morning. Great video B&K! Love the idea of adding stories from your lives, and to see that life without obesity is so much more fun. I lost about 30 kg in 2022 through low carbs, IF and keto. Goal for 2023 is losing another 20 kg to get to goal weight and cutting all artificial sweeteners🤭 from my life. You are so right that this is all about getting used to a life without the excess sweetness. Also enjoy my joga and long walks in nature. Stay blessed you two and be happy. 💛💫💛💫
I'm a newbie and have not seen Dr. Keith until today, nice to meet you. Nice story about your friend's B&B, it looks amazing. And thank you Dr. Becky for all your downloads and videos!
I really enjoyed you human interest addition 😊 but I would really like to say I just discovered you this morning and I believe it had to be a gift. Over recent years I've lost 60 felt very good about myself a little ways to go yet but didn't think it was going to be a problem and suddenly I have fallen off the wagon and gained 9 lb. First time I've gained in years. So you have found yourself a new follower and I look forward to any help you have to offer with this sugar addiction that is torturing me. You are terrific couple. I love that wood burning stove that you have tucked away in the beautiful corner there your husband is a joy. Thank you for all you have to offer
Soo nice to see Keith. Love seeing you both at the table. Made my New Year even better so far. Just getting back in track and todays chat on sugar was helpful. Thank you.
I find drinking lots of water through out the day & especially after dinner helps the craving for sugar. I personally never eat after 7pm & breakfast at 7am. I exercise in moderation, I go for 7km walks 3 or 4 times a week.
Hi Dr.Becky and Keith!! I completed my twelve day challenge for zero carbs and zero sugar!! In those twelve days I lost eleven pounds!! This was not an easy diet as I did experience low energy and shakiness!! Today for another 14 hours I am fasting!!
My husband purchased some sausage to cook for breakfast. When I looked at the ingredients, I was shocked to see high fructose corn syrup as the number two ingredient & dextrose further down on the list.
I am so happy to see you Keith praise the Lord living proof that we haven't mighty God!!!! Would love to see you on occasion love it love it love your wife so much and her faithfulness to help us!!!
Wow,I finally got to see this video with Dr Kieth,he looks wonderful,I hope that his health continues to improve. I really enjoyed this video Dr Becky, you both stayed in such a beautiful historic home, absolutely gorgeous! I didn't realize that you are living in PA,I'm in MA,not really that far from you. I hope that your posts continue, it was a pleasure to see you both together again, love and prayers for you both! 💕🙏💕
I just wanted to thank you and your soulmate for caring enough to put out this video. I have been walking my Camino away from sugar for about 8 days now but I realized that along the way something was wrong. I'm getting too much sugar to reach my goal through other things and I thought that was the culprit. You suck me straight on that today and would that advice I know that I'm going to do better because I'll tell you these withdrawals I call the sugar blues are very serious and not just a walk in the park. I am a category 2 diabetic and my desire is to kick all sugar, I remember hearing an actress talk about giving up sugar a long time ago and it was either Jodie Foster or Mariel Hemingway. But whoever was I felt my soul say you need to listen to her because she's speaking the truth. She was talkin about how she could feel sugar now burn in her system and I thought get out of here, because I have been a sugar addict for an awful long time and it finally became just a joke but this time I'm not joking I'm going to do it if I have to drink water and fast to do it I also just got engaged and I am just over the moon and and humbled and grateful for everything that is happening in my life and I would like to at least finish what I started here before I make my final bow. I suppose what I'm saying is now more than ever I realized that I have so much to live for and I for one intend to do it. Thanks again and a blessed solstice to you and yours, namaste, Jimmy 💜
God is good! Fantastic to see Dr Keith! So glad he is better. Thanks for sharing the house. We are in Pittsburgh, hmmmmm think we need to head east! Lovely home!
Good to see Dr Keith again with you Dr Becky. Followed you both since the start. Well wishes and prayers from Canada 🇨🇦 (formerly “Sandi & G) God bless 🙏🥰
Hello Dr. Becky! I started to follow your videos already a while ago and thus I also remember your husband used to be there with you. It is nice to see both of you now together. Thank you for many great tips. I like my keto lifestyle including 19/24 intermittent fasting. Actually, I try not to remove all carbs, so maybe 20 % of my daily food has carbs. All this suits my digestion better and for me, the main thing is to avoid all kinds of flour, and grains. No bread, pasta, or rice. Potatoes seem to be fine for my stomach. (I now and then dream of pizza.) I do not need to lose weight, I only try to avoid bloating and I succeed when I follow keto. Choosing only gluten-free food does not help. Have a Happy New Year and stay safe. Regards from northern Europe.
Have you tried Dr Berg’s recipe for pizza, made with cauliflower, cheese and eggs? The trick is to bake the crust first, then add toppings like no-sugar sausage, no sugar bacon, vegs, etc. It’s much better than any cauliflower pizza I’ve eaten.
I gave up sugars, added or in processed foods, entirely, 3 months ago, in an effort to switch my Type B small dense LDL to type Type A large buoyant. My metabolic, lipid, and NMR blood work later this week will tell the tale. I'm 55 and in different times in my life I've stopped smoking (25years and still going) and alcohol for a period of 5 years (to prove to myself that I can do it [I now do red wine very moderately 4-8 oz nightly after dinner]). I will say, unequivocally, that sugar/carbs, is on par with those other addictions. Unequivocally. Thank God for this Dr., and several others on social media. You MUST be saving lives, or at the very least improving quality of live. What a gift to be able to do this. Thank you and Happy New Year to you and your Family, from me and my family. PS- Your husband looks like a really nice guy. Congrats on a life well lived. 🙂👍
Yep! I needed a reboot and I think I just found it! Your calming voice and way of talking is perfect for me!! Thanks! New sub here!!! And that air b&b, I need to stay there.... someday!
I'm just checking in on you two after watching two fit docs some years ago. I wanted to see how you have maintained the lifestyle/eating style. Looks like you and Dr. Keith are still doing great! I have avoided reordering my stevia extract, still dreading giving up 'sweetness' though I do not have any actual sugars or carbs except onions in the house. My inner Gollum is spoiled and dependent on sweetness but that is not helpful. One of your old videos showed adverse effect on ketosis when adding stevia to your coffee.
Dr Keith , good to see you back in front of the camera ! You look and sound great! Talk about a good story to tell ...I hope you consider talking about your journey someday.
After watching some of your videos, I cleared out my fridge and pantry. Today's trip to the store included: organic pasture raised eggs, salmon, fresh greens and non starchy vegetables, cheese, nuts, berries and chicken.

It’s much easier to slowly purge yourself off the processed sugar and processed foods. Cold turkey is very difficult to do. You can do this in about three weeks cold turkey. The toughest part is training yourself not to go back to your old habits. Our mind naturally go back to what is familiar. Ninety percent of the food in the supermarket is designed to be addictive by the food manufacturers.

@mebutinglasses9152 how did it go
I’ve been free of sugar and refined carbs for 4.5 months. My cravings are gone and I’ve been eating a ton of nutrient dense food. My energy is up, meals keep me satisfied, I get an adequate amount of protein, and my workouts are better. It was tough for the first 2 weeks but now it’s just become enjoyable.
That's great to hear, Matt!
Can you still eat fruit?
I made a nice kale salad yesterday with Kale and tahini and then i sprinkled some pumpkin seeds over the top of the kale and then i made a fresh guacamole with avocado, fresh lemom, salt, pepper and coriander. It was surprisingly delicious and simple to make. For some reason everytime i am experiencing sugar cravings and if i eat this, they disappear.
Ooooh! The good fats and fiber are stabilizing your blood sugar.

Oh thank goodness!!! I miss Dr Keith and wondered if all was well ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹
I just wanted to thank you and your soulmate for caring enough to put out this video.

So great to see Dr. Keith! And the info on the historic home was wonderful. Keep it up!
Hello Dr.
Welcome back Dr, Keith. Very happy to see you again and glad that you both are doing well♥️
Dr. Keith is AWESOME❗❗
Yep! I needed a reboot and I think I just found it! Your calming voice and way of talking is perfect for me!! Thanks! New sub here!!!
And that air b&b, I need to stay there.... someday!
Welcome, Vivian!
With your help I have turned my A1c from 9.0 to 4.9! Great to see Keith again!! 🎉
That is wonderful! Congratulations, Lori!
Boy, was it ever great seeing Dr. Keith. Thanks for the stories.
Oh, my goodness it is so good to Dr. Keith! 🙏🏻❤ (And it is always good to see you, too, Dr. Becky! 😊)
So good to see Dr Keith. Looking so good. Thanks for joining us.
Great to see Keith back. I have missed them together. Glad he is doing well.
Dr Keith , good to see you back in front of the camera ! You look and sound great! Talk about a good story to tell ...I hope you consider talking about your journey someday.
Omg, Dr. Keith! Im soooo happy!!!!!! Sending love to you both!
After watching some of your videos, I cleared out my fridge and pantry. Today's trip to the store included: organic pasture raised eggs, salmon, fresh greens and non starchy vegetables, cheese, nuts, berries and chicken.
I wondered as I listened to another video before this one how Keith was. So glad to see he’s doing well.
