Afghani Kabuli Pulao Recipe | How to make Authentic Afghani Pulao |افغانی پلاؤ |Cook with Malaika

INGREDIENTS
4 brown cardamom
8-9 green cardamom
3-4 peice cinnamon stick
8 cloves
1 tsp white cumin seeds
1 tsp whole black pepper
350g juliane sliced carrots
5 tbs sugar
250g raisans
1 1/4 cup cooking oil
4 piece lamb shank (meat)
2 small sliced onions
2 tbs chopped garlic
Salt as required
900g rice (sella rice - golden rice)
1 1/2L water
