hi. I just found your channel and I have been binge watching your instant pot recipe videos :) This definitely helped to make a decision to go ahead with instant pot duo crisp with airfryer. A quick question - can you air fry using two levels at same time(the basket and the stainless steel rack)?
If you're talking about the air fryer basket with the stainless steel insert (with the holes), I find it hard to use both levels because it's not that easy to lift the top level out.
This is the first air fried chicken wing recipe that I have tried that really turned out crispy. The wings were delilcious.

Do I pre-heat the air fryer before closing the lid-how?
The Duo Crisp has a preheat function built in, and I just put the wings in before starting the air frying.
